Apparently there's an 'October surprise' where Trump said he needed generals like Hitler had. Now in actual history, his generals when they lost their fear of him were either plotting and attempting his death (Valkyrie) or very pointedly doing nothing barring trying to ensure the US took their surrender. Presumably personal loyalty is meant. It presumably comes from an Atlantic Monthly article by Jeffrey Goldberg when General Kelly claimed words were spoken. Needless to say, it's denied. If that's the 'October surprise' that's a bit of a damp squib. They need audio. That said, Gen Kelly is a man with a strong reputation. Perhaps they had something Epstein or Ivanka related, but found the actual evidential base was nothing. Anyhow, it's enough for VP Harris. We'll find out if it's enough.
