the decision is a "loss" but the total VBM delta right now, with 80% expected returns from Democrats already at the offices... it's a "who cares" loss.
Democrats now need a massive E DAY turnout because the VBM is not there for them to win it.
EDIT: It's not sinking in with Democrat circles in Philly yet, they are just looking at polls. Once they realize it, which will probably be by the weekend, expect to see the bugle call go out on Philly.com (Philadelphia Inquirer).
