I think it will be way too suspicious if it takes days to count all the votes. Especially if its a case of Trump being ahead by a couple of thousand votes and they conveniently find just enough votes to declare Kamala the winner of the state. My main worry is the fact that nobody in these states will call out the fraud here.

If there's one thing the last 10 years have taught me, it's that if you are fiscally to the left, you must be socially conservative.

Giving out money to your people, trying to level the playing field, and all that...it can work as long as you don't go overboard with it into straight-up communism. But you can't combine that with "also, social rules are in a constant state of upheaval and people can move here from anywhere whenever, especially people from the world's most violent shitholes because we feel very sorry for them."

The new social rules and new immigrants haven't been vetted to understand the full costs associated with them. Human lifespans are long, and any major demographic mistake will have consequences that last centuries (see: the slave trade). You can only run a fiscally left regime by keeping your society relatively homogeneous in values.

You mix cultures where the home culture values fair dealing, meritocracy, and low corruption, and an immigrant culture where bribing public officials and hiring based on people's family name is normal...now combine that with government giving out tons of money to specific people. You rapidly end up with massive corruption and the corrupt getting ahead, while the fair dealers are pushed out over time. It literally can't end any other way.

You can have a true mixing pot like early America and keep the government alive only if the "handout" function of the welfare state is covered by churches and other private organizations. Low-trust societies combined with largesse will bankrupt any government, because what's happening inside the various bureaucracies is just a slightly subtler version of those videos where 20 black guys bust into a department store window and take out anything that isn't nailed down.

You touch on something here that I fully agree with: in my opinion, where the American Left went wrong is they started to question standards of behaviour to a detrimental level.

It is important to ask questions like "why do we hate black people?" or "why do we hate gay people?" when there are, in fact, black people and gay people who do not do ridiculous shit. Liberals have failed on immigration time and time again in the West. Why should now be any different? It's my belief that the current administration, almost certainly Kamala, is receiving kickbacks from Mexican cartels and that is a major factor in the current border situation.
Open border means more drug trafficking, human trafficking, arms trafficking, and those mean more profit for cartels. Our current administration doesn't actually give a fuck about America, so it would be just another shady deal with foreign criminal elements *cough cough Ukraine* in the pile.
