A lot of US retailers just play the cost/effect game, its all eventually caught as loss prevention sees a scam and they now know what to look for I was only aware of one person who must have got away with 4-5k USD about 10 years ago, to this day nobody ever caught on how it was done, very "cat burglar like". I won't post here but you DM me I'll explain it. The algorithm and accounting shows a red flag fast beyond a reasonable amount of returns/errors. I briefly worked as a retail manager in a loser job, chain store. I practically had to drink to get through the day of monotony. Anyway... they fired the "regional Loss Prevention manager" or he quit IDK (btw wtf do you Euro folks call that position there? Not a uniformed security guard but, the guy in the suit making sure internal employee based theft doesn't happen?) The company was so cheap they didn't bother to rehire another guy for months and internal theft went fuck nuts as this was a loser job and employees were objectively treated very poorly and I'm sure felt justified in bleeding them dry,

There are a dozen ways to do this, only problem is 99% it's just a matter of time before the numbers don't add up. She was just "skimming" my understanding pretending to process legit purchases "tickets" corresponding to merchandise were never processed she recorded the total amount that should have been there and either deducted cash difference or used her phone to process payment. Merchandise went out the door only they paid her and she balanced the cash so the transactions that should have been going through the register added up despite merch going into her pocket or her cell based CC payment system. The cash register balanced out, people were leaving with their items purchased and seeing the proper amount deducted from the CC account. I'm confused how she got the register to spit out a receipt of purchase, maybe she immediately voided the transaction? I'm sure they noticed inventory missing and having no record of transactions to auto-reorder/restock and that led to her being busted.

There are so many things that crack me up about these situations, primarily they know they are on camera, everything is inventoried down to the last penny and they always break the grand total amount into felony territory. If they were smart they'd find a new place as a cashier work for a month under a fake name bleed the place dry for a few grand and then just not show up for work one day after the last paycheck cashed. Then find another retailer under a new name and do it all again. No forward thinking at all.

Decent nigger story,maybe a 4/10 of lying cheating nigger trying to who ripped me off for $120 after I was there and left just about 2 hours now dark, he *ahem* had some real bad luck immediately after regarding his DL. He calls me 2 times about 10 mins apart and finally I record the call the 3rd time.

TL;DR Nigerian cocksucker breaks his key in his ignition, hes in a part of town tourists love and it's on a weekend in maxed full parking lot that they will not let you into if your are not police/EMS/roadside assistance. In the past I have tried to help people and been turned away at roadblocks trying to explain its a roadside emergency, showing state licensed ID and such. I tell this dumb nigger it's $65 to drive there and sit in traffic for 30 mins just to get into both checkpoints they will not let general public in. In addition is $120 to fish his broken key out, 185$ total. I ask him if he has a second working key he says yes. I ask this key starts the car perfectly? very clear "yes". I'm kinda of disappointed as now I cant sell him a brand new key in addition to fixing the shit he broke. W/E 185$ for 30 mins is good with me. I get a call whining like a little girl as aI finally pass the second checkpoint, find the car. I had really bad feeling about this guy, he had a key that obviously used to work this car but I take down DL/ID vehicle tags/VIN. When I ask for his ID Instead of handing to me he tosses it onto my work desk as I'm writing down details, kind of rude. The work is simple he tried to disassemble a bunch of shit and luckily didn't break anything. If he was smart he could have just used a bent paperclip and his finger to extract the broken key. I ask for the second "working key", no start dash even says the words "BAD KEY". I explain good news and bad news we fixed your ignition and it appears to be working but this second key is obviously broken please take note of the dash that says "BAD KEY" I tell him all is not lost I can provide a new key and program it. $225 on a Saturday afternoon where not even a tow truck can get too, in a parking lot it takes 30 mins and two checkpoints just to enter into I'm doing him a fucking favor. 20 mins of complaining and bargaining later... I remind him spoke of these exact prices on the phone, he lied to me he had a working key. I finally asked him "do you like to gamble? because I have $500 cash on me right now that says when I bring up this recording in my cell before I even came out here we're gonna hear your voice agreeing to $185 and also lying to me this other key works. So how about it, you want to make an easy $500"? Nigger stares at his shoes and complains some more. As I said I came out fixed the ignition and he owes me $185 refuses to pay for a working key to be made. I try to explain a $250 tow truck is going to be 3-4 hours away, probably not enough room to get this car to the local dealer till 10 pm when the parking lot clears out and they actually have room, then 2 days from now Monday morning you'll be at the to the dealership and pay $350 for what I'm offering 225 for right now. Do you understand the math? Blank stare. Just getting this tard to respond is labor I've fixed the ignition about 25 mins ago parking patrol is starting to hassle me for impeding traffic. He says "I'll give you 65$" I reply "You want me to take the broken key and reinsert it in the ignition like I was never here and take the $65 for my time and gasoline?" 'NO, you not going to put that back! I pay you $65 that's it" "you want me to break out that phone recording we had? No money, no wager and just play it out-loud and laugh at you, we're getting kind close to that point, you owe me 185, you don't want a working key I don't care, simple as that, you owe what you owe. 5 more minutes of nigger logic, I'm just saying fuck this, I take $65 cash and leave. Halfway home I realize his DL is somewhere he tossed it in my truck, I quietly laugh as now without state issued verification he's gonna have one hell of a time having a key made by anyone or even having the vehicle towed. Cut too two hours later I get a call back I just let ring through, 10 mins later another, third time around I record the call. Truth be told it's not that interesting, my goal is to keep him on the phone as long as possible, and just make him think he's lost his mind. Part of me wants to offer to deliver or mail it back for my time/gas but, I'm really unclear is that is even legal.

If anyone knows some kind of sound editing /voice altering software that won't take 30 minutes to learn and edit out address/doxing info and change voices I'll post the 5:30 sound clip.
