I've mentioned and speculated about this at length before so many times I really should have it saved as a copypasta.

The running logic is that the powers that be have calculated that they can hold off economic gotterdammerung no later than 2030. That's when everything will hit the fan as far as a global economic crash not seen since the crash of 1929 if not WORSE than that crash.

They calculated they had about 14 years to get their affairs in order to ensure the Elite and the 1% survive Gotterdammerung and to pass draconian, explicitly fascist policies disguised in DEI, open borders, war with Russia, and socialism, to basically castrate and neutralize the middle and working class and demote them to hellish lives of neo-serfdom while using illegals to replace the middle and working class folks they have to kill to put the fear in them once the shit hits the fan.

Hillary was tapped to get the ball rolling in her eight year/two terms and tptb were operating on a tight timeline that Trump nuked from orbit when he got elected in 2016, combined with Covid accelerating the countdown to Gotterdammerung to the point that now it might fall any day now in the next couple of years, way before schedule.

As such, the DNC can't possibly risk not having the White House since they are far behind schedule and if the crash happens before they are ready/secured, hell is going to break loose and the Elite and 1%ers are fucked just like everyone else.

Interestingly a family member said that both abortion shit and gay marriage is on the Colorado ballot, I think to codify them in the state constitution. So maybe they don't feel so sure after all.

I think you're right. There's also a bill on the California ballot to change the old wording in the definition of marriage being between a man and a woman to something else less heterosexual. Abortion isn't on the ballot this time because I think it's already pretty clearly codified at 1st trimester, exceptions for fetal or maternal health in later trimesters, and they don't want to press their luck by trying to change an already liberal law.
