He probably just wears that one dress all the time. One, troons aren't typically known for their hygiene, but rather their lack of it - they're autistic shut-ins, after all. And two, it's simple logistics - it's obviously difficult to find a dress that fits a male eunuch's frame at least somewhat well, so when they finally find one, they wear it all the time, because that's basically all they have. Brianna Wu/John Flynt does the same thing with a single black dress. They could buy more in varying colors, it's not like they're strapped for cash, but that would still take budget away from dilators and commissioned porn (and pinball machines and pay2win mobile games in Wu's case).

Don't know about the rest, but L6 is not very high at Google.
Fresh out of college hires start at L3. Anyone with 3-5+ year experience start at L4, anyone with real experience start at L4/ L5 with the assumption if you are this experienced you will be promoted within 6-12 months.
You are supposed to go up for promo every 3-4 years at the worst but mostly more frequently, and your manager WILL chase you for not getting a promo if you stay in your bracket for 4+ years.
Being at google for 15 years and still being relatively low L6 is not something to brag about. My question is more, how did he manage to stay there for 15+ years and only being prmototed twice and not being laid off?
I am mostly impressed that the faggot managed to stay there for 15+ years and only getting promoted at most twice. That is a MAJOR red flag.
Senior positions start at L7, and then beyond that you become "senior engineer".
