I knew nothing about Destiny, for more clarity I'm not a gamer at all. Never been a gamer, the only games I touch are the sims 3 and minecraft (I can tell you every bit of info about the sims 3, though). Thanks for the recommendation (Prerun). I am starting a (part time) job next week but I am in the middle of a gap year so it is hard to tether myself to reality when I don't have much to keep me grounded in it. I've always liked history, so I like watching stuff on it. I like any subject. "Gender: A Wider Lens" is a podcast that I've been interested in that isn't entirely politics, just on a topic that is getting the political light shone on it. I am a detransitioner so it is a subject that interests me a lot, but you can also understand that I am in that period of my life where I am missing a central "thing" to hook onto, and with my trans past...you can guess what that means and you wouldn't be far off.

I knew he was banned on twitch, I stopped using it years back. I heard about the assassination attempt and I heavily disagreed with what he said. I thought it was very hypocritical considering how he'd act like himself or others were "politically untouchable" or that "violence bad" and with the whole "turning down the temperature" bs. But I didn't want to stop watching him based on that because I felt like I would possibly relapse my past habit of rejecting someone's opinion simply because they disagree with me. I am 22 and my teenage years were during gamergate and the trump years, so I have a lot of bad habits I'm trying to unlearn.

If you have an interest in WWII or the Post-War period and impact, I'd encourage looking up the Time Ghost Army and their day by day coverage of the war and the events surrounding it. The War Against Humanity series is especially great as that covers atrocities committed by the armies and the people who survived them. There are also more upbeat stories too. It's all great and informative coverage presented by passionate and impartial historians who have great charisma. I don't listen to anything gender related, so there's nothing I can really contribute there.
