I do feel sympathy for the kid if they were that mentally ill that talking to an AI bot made them kill themselves, but this is just convincing me more and more that no one under the age of 18 should be going on the internet unless it's for school work.

In this case Birdie, a lot of the stuff you post online would be restricted since you're constantly talking about mental illness and suicidal stuff.

Also I still think the fact that they continue to blame it on the AI and make the situation about them is ridiculous, it's not the AI's fault you're psychotic?? Why did you have to rant about how you believed in a stupid bot over a story of a kid killing themself?? It's AI, everyone, aside from a few unfortunate people know it's not real. They just say made up bullshit like they always do. The parents should've been watching the kid. If the AI was the final straw to them killing themself, they were definitely going through a lot more. The fact that they had to rely on a chatbot for support is depressing, but it outlines how alone they were.

I noticed something weird, if you're known for being a bad person, you're less likely to get "canceled" for it. Birdie was always infamous because they did a lot of naughty stuff, but when they came back, everyone seemed to just forget about it. Whenever Synni slipped up, it was a lot more notable because they were pretty much known as being the "reasonable one" in the AMC. I guess Birdie being an abuse victim is an explanation for all of their bad actions, but using it as a scapegoat is a shitty move.

Love that a child literally killed themself and instead of saying anything about that she takes the opportunity to talk about herself even more, hell with something she could've avoided altogether but I don't think this tard knows the meaning of taking responsibility for her own actions.
