especially when we see him speaking candidly
everything from his music picks to his bizarre love of whales and respect for the confederacy, he's been stuck in the mids 1980s his entire life. People forget it was Avengers 3+4 tier when the mini series North and South came out back then. an A-list cast and it heavily respected both sides of the war. And it was practically a meme how many movies and tv shows and books were all about the whales. Even when i see him on these "ultra offensive" podcasts, they're more sanitized than the average late night show of the 1980s. Trump kept acting like most americans at the peak of the country, everyone else became a pussy (especially veterans)

Should Harris win expect a shake up in the White House cabinet.
It's shit like this that gives me hope they won't rig the election. If Harris isn't seen as a good puppet of the big DNC players like Barry Obama, then she won't get in. They've already got a million ways to constrain Trump, but what they can't fix is one of these morons dismantling the Obama infrastructure. If the DNC is not committed to a steal, then it won't happen. Just like 2016 when they thought a couple illegals voting here and there would ensure a landslide over Trump.

This is something that barris, pollster, talked about. Number of shy Trump voter hasn't decreased. It's just that Trump just added a lot more supporters this year and people have decisively turned against Democrats and they are very, very open about it.

Yeah, I've voted for Trump all 3 times and people always think I'm either a libertarian that votes third party or I'm a protest voter (i.e. Bernie in 2016, Tulsi in 2020). I don't live in a swing state so it doesn't matter but I'm sure there are hundreds of thousands of people out there just like me that let people think whatever they want so I can keep making a living and fucking dumb art hoes. I've even been asked by a census or pollster or whatever they're called last election and just lied and said Biden because fuck them.

Trump POV, January 20th 2017:

I'm not finished with the JRE episode yet, but overall it's charming. Trump's voice is surprisingly nice to listen too and his stories pulled me in. Very funny how Joe tried to pull Trump back on topic just after they talked about his style of "weaving" the point in. I kept thinking that this is what it must've felt like to hear the first Fireside Chat.

As a thought experiment for funsies, what would happen if Kamala dropped out tomorrow? Would Biden be back on the ticket? Soros puts out a hit for wasting all that money? Jeb! sweep? The possibilities are endless.

What became of this person anyway? It hopefully involves everyone who knows them making sure the never live down this moment.
Alternate take: the media could start playing up Kamala as the ‘underdog’ to try to create sympathy for the steal.
For Kamala to gain sympathy she'd have to stop being a smug bitch, and we all know that isn't going to happen.

You could read this post (in the literal sense) as being about Null and it would make sense.

Can't, for about a dozen reasons. Most notably, there's no good reason she should be the underdog, per the narrative. There's no reason that a member of the incumbent should be behind the person they originally replaced... unless they've proven to be far worse than it. And acknowledging that would be catastrophic for the dems - they're either forced to admit they're worse than orange hitler, or call everyone idiots for thinking they are.

Besides, the biggest case for being the 'underdog' is losing the pop and winning the electoral. And that's not the way the wind is blowing for the dems.

Why are Canadians and brits invested in our election like they know better than us
Kinda late to this, but I think it's worth pointing out a few things for the Canadian side:
The biggest one is that Canada and America share the single largest continuous land border. It's also completely unprotected and unguarded. Knowing what's going on with your neighbour tends to be important.
Second, despite all the memes about "middle east oil", it's actually Canada who is America's biggest oil import. What's most important is that the amount imported from Canada increased heavily under Big Don.
Third, a lot of Canadians see America as an aspirational "big brother" to the point that many Canadians point to The 2nd Amendment is something that many desire to have in the Canadian Charter.
Lastly, and because it's not all roses, Canada's immigration problems can be directly tied to America's broken lottery immigration system.

So, yeah. Canada has a lot riding on Trump winning.
