Good for you. The one and only positive things he's seemingly done is gotten some people here to stop drinking by being a great example of what that path leads to. I know several others have similar experiences.

I'm about to hit one year since my last one.
I’ve not gone teetotal, just working out a lot and have a ton of work stress, so I’ve found keeping off the booze helps me function better and keeps my temper under control. I need to work out as it helps with the stress and lifting with a hangover is a killer.

Treat myself to one mental night out with the lads a month but I’ve even stopped having a glass of wine with a meal unless I’m at a restaurant. It beats coming home, flopping on the sofa, and tanning a bottle of wine to chill out and feeling terrible the next morning.

Nick should have learnt from me rather than doing tons of coke to cope with stress and banging another guy and his wife.

Nick already has a cope for when he's found guilty: It was that unrelated tweet he wrote! Has nothing to do with his charges, THAT is part of a government conspiracy!
You just know he seethes every single moment of his life now that everybody knows he's an addict and he can't hide it or deny it. That rehab must be hell for him.
Another passive aggressive "unironic" kys thrown at people who talk about the positive cocaine results for his daughter. Didn't admit he didn't give her any cocaine or that she didn't have access to it btw, just told people to kill themselves for talking about it.

Maybe someone mentioned this already but isn't today the anniversary of Chrissie's father's death? It's the event that set in motion the rise of the qover. Crazy if the one year anniversary is the beginning of the end of the qover.

The comedy show hosted by SteelToeMorningShow that Chrissie Mayr was supposed to be at was on 10/21/2023 though. I don't know enough about how April tweets historically, but Nick certainly writes like Boogie2988 with those short, vague sentences.

Nick is the only guy I’ve seen who has given up seriously reduced the amount of alcohol he’s drinking and look worse for it.
It's because of his rapid stimulant-driven weight loss coupled with B vitamin deficiency. Both alcohol and coke cause bloat, especially in the face. Now that he's not getting shithoused drunk and snorting a pile of Colombian bam bam every night, you can really see how gaunt he's become. In addition, alcohol consumption is linked with B vitamin deficiencies, and B vitamins are very important for skin and hair health. This is of course on top of all of the regular stress induced issues.

Cancels shows for personal reasons, tells show viewers his personal live doesn't effect them.

Make it make sense
Doesn't affect them, even though they are paying customers who go without getting what they're paying for.

Nick you really should just make like a raccoon in your garage and face the hammer. You are too stupid to do anything important.

Whatever is going on right now, Nick can't even seem to manage a fake "im superior, nerds" smug type of smile.

I missed it, was the admitting to laundry everywhere past or present? Sounds like it might be time to get Bob and Celeste's cleaning service back for another visit to the Balldo Bunker again.

He can't seem to find his drink right now either ???

I'm about an hour late getting into it, but here's a stream summary of what I'm watching. If it's in quotation marks, it's a direct quote from Nick. His stream quality is pretty poor, and it's sometimes hard to make out what he's saying. He's also messing around with stuff in his kitchen, which doesn't help the audio issue. I'm watching the snipe on YouTube, so I'm not seeing the messages he's responding to.

  • Says he expects this latest motion to fail.
  • Still hung up on which version of the video the officer watched. Still maintains that it wasn't his specific video.
  • Says the judge just took the prosecution at their word that it was actually "his" video (he means that it was the video directly from his own channel, not a reupload) and did not verify it.
  • Claims he hasn't read this latest motion and hope that it's "competent" "this time" (his words-- shading White). Very insistent that he didn't write this latest motion.
  • Says he did tweet about the mountain of cocaine, but it has "absolutely nothing to do with the crime I was charged with."
  • He's low-energy, and his kitchen is a mess. His stream keeps glitching around (this isn't on the restreamer's end; it's on Nick's end).
  • He says the cocaine tweet was about "a completely different date and location."
  • If I understood him correctly, he says he's not concerned about his lawyer's competency.
  • Says he hasn't been streaming much because he didn't want to talk about the situation but keeps "drifting into it" (says this is only "one reason" he hasn't been streaming).
  • Anyone who thinks he gave cocaine to his child or that his child ingested cocaine is "fucking retarded, and you should kill yourself-- unironically." [I note that he stops short of denying she tested positive for it.]
  • Denies kids were "hungry, or stinky, or whatever"-- all of that is "fucking false." Stream quality is absolutely terrible, and I don't always catch what he says.
  • Says the youngest child asked the officer for clothes because she'd just woken up for the day and asked for clothes because she was still in her pajamas.
  • "The amount of money spent on food in this house-- uh, yeah." Claims all the kids can cook for themselves.
  • Demanded a re-test for the cocaine child. State refused to re-test. Says he believes there was "an error in the testing process." Alludes to something being "under wraps." "Let's just say there's an alternative explanation."
  • Says he hopes he can tell his side "completely unfettered" by the end of the year (responding to superchat).
  • Says it depends on when/if he goes to trial. Doesn't know when the trial date would be-- possibly even January or February.
  • Dick is suspicious of anything that doesn't make sense, and the test doesn't make sense.
  • Says that the child's test is not the only false test in this case.
  • Says liquor isn't coming back to the show-- maybe a long time from now, maybe never. Says it became a crutch on his show. "I may not be able to have it, too-- I don't know." Going to focus on "making a good show again." Hasn't had a drink since June 5.
  • Never responded to Melonie Mac. He was "dealing with some personal shit."
  • Says he's started cooking again.
  • Says he needs to talk to Vic, that he's "owed him a conversation since December."
  • Someone asks his impressions of Dabblverse. He says he "hates every community that exists."
  • Says his kitchen island currently has piles of folded laundry on it. Nick characterizes this state as "lived-in," seemingly unaware that folded laundry on a kitchen island in the early AM hours is extremely odd.
  • Responds to a chat that must have asked how many people were in the house-- seven, according to him.
  • Says he was never able to stream all day "because of the kids." Randomly flips camera sideways, not for the first time. You hear his phone going off (also not for the first time-- sounds like he keeps getting texts or some other notification).
  • "Going through all this is frustrating . . . but I fucking like me." Adds: "I don't really wanna change much." And: "I like me. Fuck anybody who doesn't."
  • Gets thirsty, looks for a ginger ale, can't find where he put it (???). Still eating.
  • He's trying to make some sort of point about people getting involved in creators' lives. More faux deep stuff. Says this has a poor effect on mental and emotional health-- "I know it's really affected me." Talking about people "[deciding] your life needs to be ruined."
  • And the stream ends before the restreamer gets to the end, so my summary ends here.
