When asked in chat about Aaron Imholte, he made some vague excuse that he can’t make any statements that could affect the testimony of a state witness. So it sounds like he DID get in some kind of trouble for witness intimidation, and is seething that he can’t talk about his ex boyfriend.

He also said to watch April’s twitter and that her tweets today were “unexpected” so sounds like he was totally blindsided by her shenanigans today.

Just like it was unexpected to him that he tested positive for cocaine and alcohol, I'm sure.

Wouldn't be surprised if Nick being potentially gagged from talking about Aaron is the reason that "April" suddenly appeared and will start to in his stead.

We did speculate that the extent of Nick "learning his lesson" after being caught in Aaron's chat might be to start poorly socking. His melted brain would think it gave him plausible deniability.
