That house is going to sit idle for a while. The market is atrociously inflated and there are no "normal" buyers that can afford it, even with low-ish interest rates. It's all property managers and developers, and the house isn't located in an area they're interested in. If he's hoping to sell the house within the next few years, the price is gonna need to drop to 350k to garner ANY serious interest.

Maybe Nick and April are going nuts because Qayla is going to show up to the omnibus with Aaron at her side.

A really funny outcome would be Qayla and the kids ending up with Aaron and Nick seeing payments from his trust fund going to Aaron's household while he gets nothing but a child conceived from an adulterous relationship with April that his parents refuse to support.

This is so bizarre because it's not like the government randomly came after him. He publicly invited it in himself in the most glaring way he possibly could have, by recording live online videos of it and by putting the shit on his kids and sending them elsewhere to be around actual responsible adults. It's just bizarre to pretend like the government just randomly did this to him.

But seriously, there has to be at least a few instances of people that are potentially interested, learn a little more about the seller, or at the very least the neighboring house that's right there, and want fuck all to do with it.
