I think BurningLove was for me what Pvt was for a few others. I didn't really see her sperg-outs, just a few posts that I liked/agreed with. Of course, if she was seriously saying that people should die for disagreeing with her, bann was pretty much inevitable. I can't understand the point in taking politics seriously on a forum dedicated to a guy that epitomizes political illiteracy.

Burning was banned because she asked me to be banned. I gave her a single warning, after months of poor behavior, I gave her a single 4-Point warning that would of expired after 3 months. A slap on the wrists, considering she told the Dude to off himself. However, she decided to chimp out instead and asked for her account to be removed. As a note to everyone here, if you ask me to ban you, I will do it. No warnings, no second chances. Really, if you can't handle being told to calm the fuck down, I don't want you here.

yeah, i always appreciated the "user was banned for this post" thing. i often try to go through a banned users profile and when i see no apparent reason for the banning, only regular posts, it makes me wonder what's up.

When the user's signature is replaced with the reason for their bann that usually clears things up, and also may cut down on people coming to this thread asking why so and so was bann.

Every single banned person (except for, I think, two of them who are no longer banned) was banned for those two reason you that you listed, and each and every one of them is a loser who constantly tries to come back for those same two reasons, and really, none of them deserve the attention that this thread gives them.

Ugh, I specifically requested in my first post of the political viewpoint thread to not have it devolve into a bitter shouting match over politics. But BurningLove helped turn it into one anyway. Even though I agreed with her on several points, she was extremely hostile in expressing them. In any case, it looks like it takes just one major sperg out to turn a regular denizen of the internet into an internet lolcow.
