Moving to your question however, honestly I am inclined to think is a case of semi/fully autistic youtube weirdos being just bad at basic flirtation and basic relationships in general, meaning they would already be struggling to hook up and build something lasting with a conventionally attractive woman out the gate.
Factor in how they will inevitably be looking for a galpal in the general "nurd sphere" they are part of and the average attractiveness goes down substantially due to both the existing population of unkempt she-neckbeards and the shockingly low standards in general in these quarters.
Now consider how the majority of women, ugly or not, are just not interested in chasing after some obscure youtube nurd culture star either due to general disinterest or basic dignity, and if they are going to fall in love with someone it would probably be someone they actually know and like IRL, and those women who are attracted by the status and power and riches of fucking littlekuriboh are likely of the Annie Wilkes disposition and physique at best.
Bring in it back to the autism, factor in how these men have likely never had a serious adult relationship before so a tangible female girl drowning them in cheap affection and hanky panky straight up breaks their brain and they become unreasonably devoted to them even if they have the personality and looks and morals of an overflowing dehli toilet
Factor in these speds are inevitably also terrified of flirting not just due to their autism but due to absolute existential panic at the idea they may be accused of the dreaded sexual harassment/assault which can and will have them instantly cast out by all their so called friends and their joke of a career turned to ash forever, and they would need a woman willing to straight up throw themselves at them in the most overt and incontrovertible and (if possible) publicly witnessed ways imaginable for them to consider a relationship, which limits them even further to the most unhinged and obsessive freakshows who lack any basic social awareness or dignity
What these men are thus left with are a selection of the most physically and/or mentally and morally hideous ted-bundy-fangirl esque chicks......and of course troons who sometimes make the barest effort to look like a sexy lady girl of ladyness which helps explain why they have become so popular among "content creators" in this sphere.
