Don’t be. I mean, yeah, it’s lame, BUT because of the weens it’s likely that the Judge will insist on an in-person omnibus hearing on Jan 21 rather than Zoom, which means that observers can attend. Last time observers attended they were well-mannered and dressed better than the defendants.

Most courts are so behind on figuring that shit out. You can usually input settings where direct permissions must be given to speak, but with things like this being so rare, it’s almost never necessary, so they don’t bother trying to implement it.
