This may be a dumb question, but doesn't April legally have to attend? Did we see any evidence that she was actually there? I just saw Nick logging in from his studio but didn't hear or see April, but maybe I missed it.

nm: just got caught up on Sean's stream and saw it:

She's looking a bit weathered to put it nicely.

April's shown up to all of her court hearings while at Nick's house. One of those appearances (today) Nick was literally in the room with her.

April had active(?) credit cards found in the master bedroom with some of the cocaine on it.

April has had her mail delivered to Nick's house/PO box.

April was claimed to be a live-in nanny by Kayla.

Sounds like a lot of reasons to believe April was, in fact, living at the home where the drugs were found and could be responsible for more than just what was found on her cards. Please prosecutor, for the love of comedy, upgrade her charges to be the same as Nick and Kayla's because of Nick's stupidity. I'd love for their suffering to increase.

Reviewing some old documents for a post, including the Kandiyohi County Sheriffs Office Incident Report (associated with the search warrant).

Can someone explain why only four of the five children are listed as "victims" while one is listed as a "mentioned"?

I think it is because one of them was outside the home at the time of the “police raid.”

I would assume that child was the one in the car with Nick when he got pulled over, but someone correct me if I'm wrong.
