Over a decade working at Bioware turned Frank into a balding soy with a pedostache after being the narrative director then cinematic director, then world animation lead. He's close to my age and liked more character based gritty games and wanted you to write up a backstory for your character. Just imagine what playing their games do to you.

I feel like the move downtown really changed the company and it's people for the worse though. They still "like" working there, but EA is getting them to do more and more with more time constraints. I remember when they had a skeleton crew to work on all the issues with Mass Effect Andromdia, even hiring new people for it only to have those few people get sent to the Anthem mines and look how that game turned out. Doesn't help I guess when there's really no good place to eat and hang out near the new location, it's surrounded by homeless people and crime and smells of urine. People there just don't seem like they're having fun anymore. It's all business.
