I unironically love Israel.

No.... this is just elites either due to October 7th or other reasons like proposed unrealized capital gains tax breaking and trying to turn down the heat so Conservatives buy back into the idea of the US again. By all means take advantage of it, there is going to be a lot of opportunity in this sort of environment, but it's nowhere close to being over.

one time i spent a few days in NYC and it was dirty and uncomfortable and their pizza was mid at best. it was then that i realized all of the fellating that people do of New York is cope done from their 150 sq ft apartment or overpriced cafes while writing novels that will never be finished on macbooks their parents bought them

Everybody hates it and perhaps most critically to the line-go-ups it doesn't sell. Wokeshit will bankrupt companies. Not just entertainment ones people are sick of the ESG DEI bullshittery from every industry. Larry Fink can't save them this time.

It won't go away overnight but it is certainly fading at an accelerated rate.
