Nick Rekieta was present in Patrick Melton's chat (the guy who sexually harasses Aaron's children) and leaked his photo of the spectator in Kayla's hearing to him through DMs to play on screen.

The spectator had earlier claimed that Nick had sprinted outside the courthouse to retrieve his phone and get in a position to surreptitiously record her

So he sees some random woman he doesn't know observing the court. Then he tries and fails to intimidate her despite not even knowing why she's there. He then leaks the proof that indicates her story of their interaction was true. Then he insults her appearance despite her looking completely normal.

This is genuinely unhinged behavior on Nick's part

Nick wasn't a "trust fund kid" when Kayla married him. Arguably, he's not even a trust fund kid now, although he clearly receives some degree of financial support from his parents.


The trusts Louis set up in his will were not dynastic trusts. His assets passed to the foundation (which spends more than it brings in every year so will ultimately cease to be) and trusts for Peaches and his children. There's no main trust which stretches across multiple generations like the Hilton estate, providing disbursements to descendants across decades.

Many trusts are established for a limited purpose or a limited time and Nick may have established the trust which owns his current home himself. He's said enough about how it's structured that we know the house wouldn't be an available asset in the event of a divorce.

I believe that many of us agree, but we are using slightly different langauge. This is common for autists. 'Trust fund kid' may be shorthand for 'spoiled rich kid'.

What is interesting to me is going to be how Celeste and Bob manage their childrens' inheritance. Peaches and Owen seemed to do well-enough, but Bob and Celeste seem more responsible than Nick. We may, however, never know... Unless Nick suddenly does something wild when his parents die.

Bob and Celeste make sizeable donations to charity, but nothing in the same league as Peaches and Louis and they make the donations in their own names apart from the ones made from the foundation.

While it's possible that Celeste has set up trusts for her children after inheriting from her parents, Nick has made it sound like whatever money he receives from his parents comes with strings attached and it doesn't seem coincidental that he publicly changed during the brief period he was bringing in enough from streaming to be financially independent of his parents.

Agreed. Nick himself has said (clip in OP) that he has a great 'safety net' with 'agreements' that his 'debts will be paid'. There are definitely strings attached here.
