He actually didn't confront her inside the elevator, that was a Chinese telephone game that went wrong that I feel compelled to point out when it comes up because it was partly my fault. He did confront her, either in or on the way out of the courtroom, and off the record instead of on the record. That's bad but it doesn't quite have the megacreep factor of actually being while she was trapped in an elevator with him.
Obligatory correction that he did this after the sentencing at some unknown location in the courthouse.
The 'elevator' bit was Mandala'd into existence at some point. I am guilty of repeating it, so I feel obliged to correct the record.
I have to say, if claiming this happened in an elevator is the biggest inaccuracy this thread has ever propagated, we're doing pretty good for ourselves.
Where he bitched out the judge hardly matters. As an attorney, he shouldn't have done it. You raise the objection he wanted to in the courtroom, on the record, in a courteous and professional manner.
And it only got worse from there, with the pussy liquor rant on the Cokestream.
Grify (a stan and mod of Nick's iirc)
Correct.
He did a two and a half hour cope Livestream five months ago, back when Nick got arrested.
There
might be gold in that stream, but at 2.5 hours, I'm sorry, but I just can't be arsed. It's like ThePromisedOne all over again. I wanted to kill myself. Putting it here in case anybody is extremely bored or masochistic enough to try.

Also, while Nick is, of course, innocent and being railroaded, the Farms is guilty of doing...
something... to MANdy. Arrest them! Err...us!

Nick's definition of a piece of shit is anybody that tells the truth about him and/or doesn't suck him off. In Nick's mind, SEEEEEEEAAAAAN is guilty of treason.
My money is on Sean being right.
A good rule of thumb is this: If Nick ever spergs out massively at somebody... that somebody is probably right.
Flak over the target is always the thickest.
But aside from that, Sean has consistently been right when it comes to Nick's criminal case.
