I'm pretty sure that the deal with most tests is that if you don't like the outcome, you can have another test done from the same material at your own expense. But hair tests aren't like urine tests. You can't just wait a fortnight and demand a retest because the dope would all be gone at that point. That hair is still gonna show they tested positive for cocaine and a rough estimate of when it was consumed.
