I kinda wanted him to get this so that we can go into discovery. Trial would be a different story but you bet your ass i would want to see pig man testify in any capacity.

I skimmed the filing because it's quite meaty and dry. Is my understanding correct (and I guess those who don't want to read can take this as a summary if it's correct) that the court believes count 1, the first real swatting with the famous faucet shot, was not unconstitutional and thus dismissed. Dismissed without prejudice against the officers themselves. They don't believe that pat and Niki
could find an argument to make it stick but the court is being generous and allowing them to try again with the officers.
Continuing, they came to a 3 strikes rule for some reason in regards to the city. The first swatting, count 1, was the first real time they responded that way, so they can't reasonably say they didn't act appropriately or that the city's policies failed since they lacked info. It's the same for the 2nd and 3rd incidents, but now for some reason at 4+ the court thinks that's when policy change could reasonably happen and they're (potentially) culpable? I'm retarded so maybe I don't get it.
As for all counts (1 included if they raise it again) against the cops they're going off of Pat's word that they were being real mean motherfuckers and threatened to kick his door down and ushered them out at gunpoint every time and didn't change how they responded and are thus allowing them to proceed. We have footage of 2 of them that I'm aware of and audio of a 3rd? I can't recall if the audio was for count 1 which is the faucet dick one he sent to news agencies. The second one is the one he took a windmilly faggy swing at a cop in and shouted about a lawsuit.
I don't doubt given that they're "SWATTings" that the cops could have weapons drawn each time but that's also Pat's narrative that every time they're ready to shoot somebody and also point those vicious riot shields at his gassed up wife.
