Back in the day at least, there used to be seasonal stocking jobs at places like target. For Thanksgiving through Christmas. I kind of assume that Nick is talking about having done that. His dropping that he was working around Thanksgiving kind of leans in that direction. It was a way people could make a little bit of extra money for the holidays.

I dont think UT Austin would have taken him as a transfer student in his junior year. Even for an english degree. He talked about San Marcos in Texas and that would have been a school he could have gotten into because I think they take just about anyone who can pay.

It's funny that Rekeita is on a crusade against Aaron because he 'exposed' all of his secrets but...

1-) Most of what Aaron said was stuff that was assumed on here. It was just confirmation. When I heard him on the Casino, my immediate thoughts were "well this is nothing new." So the knowledge of his personal life mostly just comes from what he himself put out there.

2-) The one 'big' thing we got was that Aaron had a lot of sex with Kayla. Instead of going scorched earth on someone bringing the truth to light, why wasn't he angry at himself for letting his pilled out wife fuck a washed up radio jockey?

3-) Aaron's comments went from speculation to confirmation when he started going in on it. A person who most people don't really find reliable wasn't going to just be trusted. Because of these actions, insane stuff like a cocaine bullet being left in a couch that was accessed by children is believable.

4-) The only thing prohibiting a comeback is his daughter's failed cocaine test. If it wasn't for that, people move on and in a couple of years, a rebranded Nick theoretically could have had a redemption arc. When that information came out, the best he could do is not talk about it. Instead, he immediately confirmed it.

5-) Why is it okay for someone to go after Aaron's kids when Nick and Diddy Dax went INSANE after someone asked a question (a question, nowhere near as severe as what Melton is doing) about Nick's kids?

The lesson here Nick is that you, nerd child, are your own biggest enemy. You talk way too much and confirm every 'baseless' rumor and you are an out-and-proud hypocrite. Nobody likes hypocrites. It means they have no beliefs, no principles.

Oh, wait, we already know how he feels about those.

Similarly, a lot of lore has Mandalaed its way into this thread and it goes uncorrected because 1) people are tired of correcting it many times over thousands of pages and 2) people don't care that much of others believe something negative about Nick that isn't true.
I try to correct something if that thing is blatantly wrong. Like I pointed out the other day his ethics complaints were bullshit, and they don't retroactively have merit just because Nick has finally been exposed as a total POS.

But, admittedly, you are right. I am personally less inclined to do that anymore because of #2. Especially if it's a minor thing. This is what happens when you're a complete motherfucker. Nobody is gonna go out of their way to help you anymore.

Nick ain't Terry Davis. He's not a likable cow.

To be fair, whether it's an indictment of us as people or how far this skelly has fallen, most of the frequent posters were fans of Nick Rekieta at some point.
This taught me an important lesson too. Once you feel betrayal as a fan, you flip sides to the extreme and become borderline a-loggy. This is also a coping mechanism to shield oneself from the embarrassment of being a fan.
That seems a bit too autistic. For me it was simple. It became more fun to hate on him than to watch him. And as more details came to light it not only was fun to hate him, I had many valid reasons to do so.

Kayla came from a large family. She has been credited by Nick with wanting a lot of children. Her own family has a lot of children as well.
I’m sure Kayla did want a big family, but without the trust fund I think they’d have far fewer kids because Nick doesn’t strike me as the guy who would live in an old double wide and forsake material comfort to have lots of kids.

In fact I’ve never seen a guy with so many kids that seems to distinctly dislike and resent them so much, esp when you know the financial burden isn’t there.

Bob and Celeste might have just been cool with it because grandkids are fun, they are rich and Catholic. At some point there were serious discussions between Nick and the parents about how he was going to support a large family, probably after kid one or two. They worked out how the trust fund was going to take care of all the expenses for every child he had with his income increasing for every new little bundle of joy.
He had a safety net and never had to worry!
He really struggles talking about this. It shows his level of embarrassment that he tries to claim good investments and frugal living got him the big house. Lol. The irony is Nick could have just been honest and embraced the trust fund life. His audience wasn’t one that holds family wealth against anyone, they’d be impressed by his successful grandparents and parents. He might take a little nepo baby/ trust fund ribbing but big deal.

It was more important for Nick to try and pass off his success as 90% his own instead of being honest and humble about the “blessings” from his family that allowed him to be a job free boy. The big house gave the impression he was a successful adult/ lawyer too. There was a reason he showed off his living space outside the studio. He didn’t like people finding out about the trust fund and busting that bubble.

I also don’t believe for a second that Nick tried to go it all by himself and support his family on his own and couldn’t afford groceries at times. Never happened. Maybe he and Kayla had to live in an apartment while they shopped around for the family house his parents would provide for them. I’ll at least give someone credit for house #1 being practical for a growing family, but the trust really splurged on big 90’s dream house for Nick the next time. Those five kids really paid off.

The parents even let him use the old house as rental income. The fact Nick is trying to sell it says a lot.

You know it's funny- occasionally when something extremely crazy happens in "the sektur" (like Rekeita getting arrested for coke) I'll mention it to some good friends or acquiescence's IRL- average joe people who don't know anything about the deep lore of the sektur or lolcows but do like hearing the really crazy shit about people like Ralph and Lord Balldo every now and then. And because they're not familiar with sektur lore or terminology whenever I mention laughable shit Rekeita does I always have to just refer to him as "that lawyer guy"... "hey man, you know that lawyer guy I mentioned a while back? He fucked up his Frank's hearing today!"

But now that his law license has been revoked by the State of Minnesota- can I even truly in good faith refer to him as "that lawyer guy" anymore? This isn't like Accounting or Engineering where you can not have a CPA or PE license and still make a fantastic living in the profession and call yourself an "accountant" or "engineer" (albeit with more limited opportunities for career advancement)- with the legal field you MUST have a law license to do any work as or even call yourself an Attorney.

What am I supposed to call him now? "the crack cuck"? I guess if Nick really wanted to piss people off instead of advertising himself as a Lawyer he could call himself a "Doctor" since he technically has a Doctorate of Law... just no law license. And a JD from one of the lowest 3 law schools in the entire US. Go landcrabs!

@3MMA u47700 is not stronger than fent/H. I have extensively “researched” it. The only way its stronger than h/fent is if its adulterated. Just FYI. Not looking to argue about it. I agree than Nick is likely using RCs to dance around his probation restrictions though. I dont watch him but the most popular RCs right now are benzos. There are hundreds of legal benzos EASILY accessible at the click of a button. I can have 1000 Nitrazolam bars delivered by Monday if i so chose to. Does he seemed Benzo’d out or just disassociated? Because the next easiest RC to find is Ketamine analogues.

My circle of hylics know him as that 'christian swinger guy', and ask me for happenings all the time.

Grifty challenges the kiwifig he's been arguing with on twitter to a live camera on debate on his channel.

The current house is an upgrade on the original one but it's nothing exceptional. It doesn't even have enough bedrooms for each of the kids to have their own. The parcel of land is big and being surrounded by woods is nice, but I doubt that's unusual in that area.

Maybe. I think the bigger problem is that he sucks, fronts a massive bluster, and knows very little.

I just want to point out, even though it is obvious, just how far the brainrot has spread. You are not setting "boundaries" or "privacy" by doing things that directly affect other people or by telling other people things and hoping they don't tell anyone. Nobody can "shatter your privacy" by sharing shit you willingly sent them via text or DM or whatever. Your "boundaries" aren't being broken when your kids tell responsible adults that you are doing narcotics in the house. The government trying to save you and your own family from your bad decisions is not "shattering your boundary". You cannot commit literal crimes, get caught because you streamed your crimes publicly, and then claim that you are dealing with the consequences of someone else shattering your "boundaries". A "boundary" is not a wall preventing your arrest. I cannot kill someone and claim that any investigation into the murder is a boundary I have set and my privacy must be respected. I know we are all joking around, maybe some are serious, but jesus christ if he actually means any of this shit he is saying and believes it, he might have completely lost whatever mind he had left.
A huge mistake people make when talking about boundaries is that they think stating a boundary (which he didn't but whatever) means other people must respect it. That misses the point completely. You have boundaries when you set them for yourself and enforce them with yourself. When you do that, no one can disregard them because they just exist. If they try, then bc you have real boundaries you separate yourself from them and blunt their efforts. This "you must respect my boundaries because I said them!!!" bullshit is a child's level of thinking. You don't have real boundaries if you consistently open the door to having them "violated."

Let's be clear: he's not disbarred. He's still a lawyer, but he is not authorized to practice at this point in time. Returning to good standing at this point is just* a matter of paying money (and maybe catching up with continuing education requirements). If he goes on involuntarily restricted status (which he could if he also doesnt report CLE), it's a bigger pain to return to unrestricted and authorized.

* unless and until his life choices lead to disbarment, which is an extensive process and, as has been discussed here, is most commonly sparked by a pattern of egregious failure in performance as a lawyer, of misuse of client funds, etc. It's not impossible to be disbarred for actions that don't clearly result in demonstrable harm to clients, and it varies by state bar, but most suspensions and disbarment do turn on harm to clients or other conduct related to one's practice.

I was just about to ask how this differs from disbarment. Thanks.

Those who've never seen photos of the house should take a look at how gaudy it is and keep in mind that Celeste and Bob probably paid a lot of money to have it decorated in such a tacky fashion.

Isn’t that a listing for before they bought the house? It sold in 2018 so I’m assuming they were the buyers. If so they didn’t decorate it like that, but they liked what they saw.

It’s all very middle class 1990’s boomer decor (but yes it is hideous). Celeste seems to be into the “live laugh love” decor and boomer Jimmy Buffett beach stuff. Jimmy Buffet cornered the market on rich boomer retiree lifestyle branding.

Nick and Kayla have a similar “1990’s fake craftsman” drywall dream home.

For the last decade you have people living in homes whose design maxim is “optimized for digital media” (this is how it was displayed in the ad or showroom) which is why so many people have fugly all white interiors devoid of any soul. Celeste might have whited out the Florida house if she bought it in 2018 to be in line with the fast dying “all white and grey” interior trend. Or maybe she feels cozy in the 1990’s decor and bought the house as a move-in and change nothing special.

It’s 5,000 square foot house. It’s a big “1990’s faux craftsman” mcmansion drywall special. These were the boomer dream homes of the 1990’s. They glutted the market in certain areas ten years ago, esp after all the boomers decided to retire to warmer climates or downsize.

The kids could easily each have their own bedroom if it was desired, it’s just how they want to use the space they have in the house. Sometime kids prefer to share bedroom, esp when they are younger and don’t like being alone at night.

Yeah, I linked that video here on Thursday.

I said then, as I'm saying now, I'm not wasting 2.5 hours on a low tier Balldoguard. I don't even like spending that much time on any of the bigger characters in this dumpster fire (i.e Aaron Imholte). Thank God for Elissa Clips, otherwise I would never lay eyes on STMS.

If you'd like to go over it for us, I wish you Godspeed.

Let's be clear: he's not disbarred. He's still a lawyer, but he is not authorized to practice at this point in time.
No, he's not disbarred, but I subscribe to @AnOminous's definition that if you aren't licensed anywhere, you don't get to call yourself a lawyer.

In my view, Nick is no longer a lawyer.

In fact, in at least some jurisdictions he is expressly forbidden from holding himself out as one anymore.
