I don't know why I'm defending her, but Ginsberg had 5 different cancers between 1999 and 2020. She was dealing with her second bout of pancreatic cancer before she died. Most people would be in rough shape after that.

So she should have stepped down a decade+ before she died in office. She was not physically or mentally fit to sit on the highest court in the land for the last few years of her life and it showed.
