Adult human male = man. If you argue differently, you're leaning into this "third sex" bullshit, and look where that's gotten us. Eunuchs, castrates, whatever, are still men.

No, I'm not. We would have to delve into how one defines "adult". Jaron does not have adult male i.e. "man" morphology because of drugs and castration, so he literally is not a biological adult. Age isn't the be-all and end-all of biological adulthood.

Actually, it is. Socially, legally, statistically - there are only two salient categories by which we label humans: sex and age. The age category follows as this: infant, juvenile, adolescent, sub-adult and adult. Even individuals who do not develop properly become adults if they live long enough to reach that age. Doesn't mean they automatically become capable of shouldering the typical "adult responsibilities" or reach the typical developmental milestones, but they become adults by definition none the same. Lack of sex hormones in the system actually ages the body faster in some aspects, so you might argue that these people enter the "geriatric" category sooner than their non-neutered age peers.
As a real life example, let's take tard institutions in developing countries, like the ones in Vietnam tasked with housing children deformed from Agent Orange exposure. Severe malnutrition and sometimes congenital birth defects prevent many of them from going through puberty even if they live long enough to reach adulthood. When they reach a certain age they will no longer be eligible for assistance earmarked for children, and while this is sad and a death sentence for many of them, as the adult institutions are dreadful places, this divide is the only functioning one when dealing with these people. The institutions are divided by sex and age.
"Eunuch" is not a category that has any practical validity, and even less so in the "trans" context, since these individuals have been known to retain male-typical patterns of criminal conduct.
Jazz is a man. A neutered and horrifically mutilated one, but a man. Gruffin, also neutered and mutilated, was a woman. They are/were adults, so the adult words apply to them as well.

No. We are not talking about any of those things, we are simply talking about whether or not he is a biological man. He is not. He literally cannot be, because he does not have the biological mechanisms required to become a man.

Okay, there's some nuance to this. A gelded horse acts differently from a stallion. A fixed dog or cat has different behaviors. This doesn't really happen with humans. If you chop a guy's balls off, he doesn't really act different.
I would say Jaron is a man. Hell, it looks like he's still growing. I think the chemical castration just slowed down the growth spurt a normal boy goes through.

I think that's really underselling it...
His puberty was blocked/diverted and then his resulting underdeveloped micropeen was flayed and inverted. Yes, biologically and genetically he's still male. But entire developmental pathways have been blocked and stunted chemically and surgically. It's turned him into a truly asexual tard. He wasn't "slowed down" but mutilated in a very real sense of the word and he will never be physically or mentally mature the way a healthy male would. That is why his case is such a tragedy. It's one thing when an insane AGP gets the ol' nip tuck and quite another when a very young child is irreparably harmed. Even if he wakes up one day and comes to terms with what was done and recognizes it was wrong--he'll never get to have what he could have, not even a semblance of it.
