Not to bring politisperging too much into the thread, but what do Fuentes and his acolytes want to accomplish by talking about the Jewish Question? Fuentes and his people say that they only want to discuss Jewish power, and I just don't understand what they hope to accomplish with this. They always complain they are being silenced about not being able to talk about Jews and the porn industry, banking, AIPAC, etc. But once they do talk about it, what do they want to do? This is the part that confuses me, because at least wignats state that they want Jews out of power and to ban them from positions of influence, so they have a stated goal. There is a decent long tail to these things. He has peaked, but he will stick around for a while, a bit like how Richard Spencer does. Nick blew it as the leader of a mass movement, but he can make it with a few thousand paying followers. As cults shrink, the less hardcore fall by the wayside, but the hardcore become more dedicated. You can see this pattern with him: he is putting the faithful to ideological tests, purging the faithless and consolidating his grip on them. If he can make them campaign against Trump, he can convince them to fund him for a few decades. The US is big enough to make it work; always has been. I get the idea he doesn't lead an expensive lifestyle. He is charismatic enough to keep the grift going.

He missed a major opportunity, though. If he had not screwed up, he could have become a major figure on the right going with the original "edgy Republican" angle he was going for when he started out. He flubbed that one, ended up in a political no man's land, and his niche has since been filled by other ambitious young guys from the dissident right. The people around BAP have played their cards better, and if Trump wins, a bunch of them will be part of the new political elite Trump and his group will be building. Nick had the charisma to make it, but his personal failings and unreliability sabotaged this path. It is clear to everyone with political savvy that he can't be trusted, although he can stay useful as a bogeyman. There is some money in that too.

Richard Spencer was able to reemerge a few years after Charlottesville for a stint as a CNN contributor and I think that's the best case scenario for Fuentes; he keeps a low profile for a few years to let some of the scrutiny fade away in time for the glowies to drag him back out as a boogieman or reformed nazi when they need one.

Fortunately, I think (hope) that it won't be that easy for Fuentes. He's nowhere near as optical as Spencer (lul) for one, and Milo burning him over Ye2024 means that his utility as an asset/useful idiot is significantly less.
