Nick talking about lawtube and the assumptions people are making about his representation
"...[T]hat assumes I'm hiring a practicing attorney but I'm doing the casework, which is dumb. I'm not. I wish I was because I would do it way different."

And there it is -- the perennial lolcow trait. Learning nothing :story:

Nick is coping hard to show how wonderful his marriage is. That seems to be half the point of the stream. The other half is complaining about lawtube.

- Nick can't take any accountability for his actions because he has a pending case.
- BUT Nick must speak about his case.
- Nick is doing no legal work on his case because he is paying the barneswalker and the barneswalker has more experience than anyone in lawtube.
- Nobody in Lawtube can't understand (Nate and Sean in particular) Nick's case because Nick is Minnesota and they don't understand minnesota law.
- Nick can't make a plea deal right now because MINNESOTA LAW.

He also doesn't know how to cook a steak.

He just said "my practicing attorney has done a garbage job."

He's not really wrong there, but there's really no way to do a good job given the facts of Nick's case. A good job here would be to convince Nick to plead out.

EDIT: He claims he gave everyone that 'deserved it' a gift for Rittenhouse.
Was it anything like the 5k Locals gift?

You know, a gift that doesn't exist?

Now he claims that a lot of the other lawyers are 'close to violating ethics' because they had attorney-client communications.
Yeah, he also said months ago he was gonna file an ethics complaint against David Schneider. That never happened either.

You'd think with all the bullshit ethics complaints Nick has gotten he'd realize those shouldn't be made lightly. He's practically conditioned his old audience to believe a lot of ethics complaints are dumb (and they are).

He says people are stupid for thinking he is running his own case. If he were, he claims he would do it differently, but you pay for a professional, and they do what they think is best.

He is back to the 'people should have talked directly to me' about my situation rather than 'speculating'. Nate and Sean's commentary is wrong because he is in a different jurisdiction.

Nate's advice was to plea out as soon as possible. Supposedly he had to tell Nate that his case moves a lot slower than NYC and the DA would not take his call because he had representation. He did this in his 'black voice'.

Nick is 'jaded and hates everyone'. They gave him legal advice like a client and then said bad things about him. He relied on their confidence and that makes him their client. They are violating ethics. He will not report them for it though.
