I think it was expected as a state, but Baris currently making a big deal out of Duval county in Florida being on a razor's edge of flipping to Trump because that was around +4 to Biden last time. And it usually tracks Georgia very closely (according to Baris). So he's taking it as meaning good things for Trump.
