Fairfax is about half in, and has ~190K Harris votes, ~80K Trump votes. In 2020, it ended ~420K to ~170K
If you double both current values, you get ~380k to ~160k, a whopping -40,000 Harris votes to only -10,000 Trump, in one of the bluest counties
That's a -9,9% D and -5.6% R
The final popular vote was 2,413,568 to 1,962,430 in 2020, a margin of 451,138
Extrapolating out that gap to the state's popular vote, assuming ofc this one blue county is indicative of the whole, you end at
-238,000 D, -108,000 R

That's interesting, but doesn't close the gap enough. But then, this is assuming that fucking Fairfax is the model for the entire state. I would put this at Kamala's BEST case scenario, final vote:
~2,150,000 to ~1,850,000

Richmond and VA Beach will bleed more (D) votes than Fairfax, almost guaranteed.

Fairfax has more high propensity voters. Middle and working class voters from the two other major urban centers who lean (D) are going stay home at a higher rate.
