Elon Musk said he would seek to reduce the number of federal agencies if Trump wins the White House and gives the billionaire businessman a role in his administration.

Speaking on Tucker Carlson’s online show from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, Musk said he wanted to help Trump make government more efficient. Musk, a key Trump supporter, is the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX and the owner of X, formerly Twitter.

“We’ve got a gigantic bureaucracy, we’ve got overregulation,” Musk told Carlson. “We need to let the builders of America build.”

2016 would have been chalked up as a Fluke. Trump has done the politically impossible. It is fucking insane to think we just had a president who got indicted on RICO Charges, survived a televised assassination attempt, and in a sense defeated 3 candidates in a primary election. In a single year.

This will never likely never happen again. This is stranger than fiction.

Only Grover Cleveland has had a broken two terms. And that was during the Reconstruction era where all elections were perfunctory and so close as to not matter. And he did that without having to deal with two impeachments, federal charges, state charges and civil lawsuits brought to bear to block and deter him from the White House.

If Trump wins he will have done something beyond anything any American politician has ever done.
