I dunno what any of this means, but seems like most of the uncounted votes are in philly.

This goes for every state with problem areas. If counties aren't going to be able to do heir job in a timely manner, we seriously need law changes making it impossible to be able to sit back and always be last. Too much room for dirty deeds. The problem is that the only way i could see to do that is officially banning vote count releases until all counties have finished. Backed by law stating that once you say done, you are DONE, full stop... even honest mistakes be damned! It would mean counties having to sit on their numbers for however long. Which potentially opens up a whole new set of vulnerabilities. Maybe not as severe but still problematic. It would at least require a much larger "watcher" system, equipped for a much longer term presence.
