I hope Vance declares a strong nuclear deterrent policy and takes over from Trump as acting president as soon as there's any question of his ability to respond.
Trump can't share the spotlight, that's partly why nothing got done in his first term. He kept all the effective people out of the way. The only other people who got credit and attention were Jared and Ivanka. Trump isn't going to let Vance shine. Vance may not know that yet, but he will find it out. He will prefer his children and he will sideline Vance or try to remove him if needed.

Vance also has a vibe where he seems crazier than a shit house rat. He has a problem with ethnic people in "enclaves" but married one from, I mean, SoCal is basically a giant Asian enclave. Vance converted into the Catholic church, when everyone his age with two braincells to rub together left over the sex abuse scandal. It's just a pedo ring plus real estate, the church is incredibly corrupt. That's what he joined, and that's not a good sign. He agreed to be Trump's running mate even though Trump tried to intimidate his last VP into doing something illegal. This is weird; I'm not sure he knows what he's in for but I don't think Trump will let him shine.

There's also - he's the wrong type of lawyer. Yale is impressive academically. But he's not a practical experience law guy. He keeps squawking about the gang takeover buildings or whatever. The person for that kind of issue is a Kamala type. The person to fix that is a legal aid lawyer or a prosecutor who gets off on sending people to jail with a swipe of her pen. That was a creepy way to say it, but that actually is the person you want dealing with Tren de Aragua. Vance was great at tapping into outrage about Aurora, but he either doesn't actually understand how & why that happens in cities or he was lying. And I don't think he actually knows how to deal with things like that effectively. No one in Aurora is scared or upset about that. The owner couldn't cope and I think already sold the place. But that's how that happens in the first place: a weak owner and no tenant screening. If it wasn't Venezuelan gangsters it was going to be American-grown meth heads, pimps, gangs etc. They don't understand these issues well, so they won't be able to fix it properly.

There is just something very "off" about Vance. I don't know what it is exactly, but I know it's there. I feel like a lot of women would avoid him because that's the kind of creep factor he has. There's also a level of dishonesty: his actions often don't line up with his stated positions. It's either a character flaw where he's ego tripping to the point he thinks no one notices the contradictions. Or he's literally not in touch with reality and doesn't realize how contradictory he is.

Either way, you can't fix that. That's a deep-seated issue.

I think this is not a person who should be in a leadership role, something is wrong there. I'm not sure if it's going to be Jimmy Savile type thing, or if it's gayer than that. (Peter Thiel is his backer.) But I have a very bad feeling about Vance. There's something not right with that guy.

If this was Reddit I'd set a reminder for a year. I suspect that between Trump's attention-seeking personality and Vance's weirdness he'll be neutered pretty quickly. I think something bad will come out about him in that time frame.

Trump's not actually going to share the limelight with Vivek, RFK Jr, Vance etc. It's going to be like his first term where he fired people really quickly. He doesn't share credit or attention, he is not actually going to keep other successful people around to steal his spotlight. And he won't get much done this time, either. I don't like Kamala but I can't believe we got conned by Trump twice as a country. He's entertaining but he's in it for the attention and the Saudi money. He lied to you and he's not going to follow through on his campaign promises.

ETA: aww my first Mad at the Internet! I'm not but there's something off with Vance. Come back in a year and we'll talk. That guy's a creep and I wouldn't get in a car alone with him.

NBC finally making an interesting point: Trump made massive gains in solid blue states. First example, Biden won Illinois by 18, Kamala's only taking it by 4. Similar margin losses in Maryland.

If even Illinois is in play next time, the electoral map gets really wild. Obama legacy BTFO in his own home turf.

I think they’re caught in a loop, they can’t make up ballots because this isn’t 2020 but they can’t let the senate seats flip red so they’re trying to make ballots that magically only vote for the house and senate and can’t make the rigging work.

Trump running nonconsecutive terms may be a net positive. By losing the election in 2020 (even if by cheat) he was able to cleanly press the reset button and remove all the terrible choices of cabinet positions he made, including his VP. If Trump's second term is popular, Vance has a chance of being elected after him. Compared to Pence, Vance will probably be a better president, which could, optimistically, end with three terms in a row pursuing Trump's agenda.

It's cope until Trump actually follows through on this, though.

Trump is the key to all this, he's a funnier charcter than we had before
Let's see if he's able to slowly move MAGA away from his cult of personality. When he leaves in 2028, will the people vote for swamp republicans again, or will the Trump voters stick with Vance(?) and continue what is hopefully an improvement on the Republican party?

I find myself looking forward to reading the freely offered opinions of journalists residing in inconsequential countries about what transpired this evening and how they (were they living in a nation that mattered) would have done it better.

The collective seething of John Oliver, Stewart, and Colbert tomorrow is simply going to be ambrosia. Not to mention The View, Maddow, SNL, and all the other limpwristed shitlib faggots.
it will basically be something along the lines of "FUCK AMERICA AND FUCK WHITE PEOPLE !!!" and Cities in the West Coast going up in flames thanks to the hordes of angry Niggers and Faggots rioting, this is just the start

My big take aways.

1. White women had a white mans back for once.

2. Abortion back to the states and letting the state vote on it defuses it.

3. The "based hispanic man" thing became real. Muslims turned on the dems too. Will they rethink mass importation?

4. Niggers didnt support Trump. All the bullshit about them seeing Trump as anything other than a honky was bullshit like i thought. They did say fuck Kamala and stayed home though.
Trump doubled his black male voters
