It's very simple; 130,000,000-135,000,000 eligible voters, but nearly 156,000,000 votes cast. Mostly in swing states not only were there numerous instances of precincts with 100%-500% returns over eligible voters, but in some cases more votes were cast than there were residents. This was very true in MI, WI and MN [???], and to a slightly lesser degree in PA, GA and NC.

In short, there was undeniable fuckery, but judges didn't want to touch it because, as political appointees, they didn't want to be tarred with setting "negative" precedents.

It's very similar to the way, in PA for instance, there are "protections" for defendants in frivolous lawsuits... They're called "Dragonetti" actions, and while most of the claims brought against frivolous plaintiffs have merit, judges absolutely hate ruling in favor of plaintiffs for fear of harming the attorney grift - because most litigation is frivolous.

That's a shame, his content is really good. I don't really see why he thinks Trump is going to be somehow worse for worker safety. Despite all the bureaucratic bloat, it's not like there aren't still disasters. Hell, if anything, more barriers to entry into a business could breed further complacency which is a running theme in his breakdowns.
At least his post isn't terribly TDS-y, so hopefully he will continue keeping his videos free of bias. He's done a good job at that so far.

I've tweeted about 30x more in the last hour than I have in the 10+ years of my Twitter account existing. I'm simply posting "lol" under all the super deranged nonsense that is starting to flood now that they're waking up. There is no point in trying to argue with anyone (hence my super low post count previously) and I think that is the perfect response to their utter insanity. Remember kids, don't try to say "we survived it last time" because actually a gorrilian trans and POCs freaking DIED last time - this is my favorite repeated sentiment.

They still haven't announced a time she's gonna come back out. I assumed they were waiting for some improbable votes to come through somehow flip MI, WI, and PA. Those are all at like 95% reporting with Trump at 3 point leads. Who knows though, she could not concede until all the results are certified. Or the White House is cooking up some bullshit they're gonna drop later today.

I can't belive I'm saying this, cenk actually called this fucking over the dems long term, the man was on the money on how the dnc establishment would play out. that sorta growth was why I was pleasently suprised he retacted like a retard during the vote count
