It is amazing because, once again, the Dems and their donors burned something like $2 billion dollars on Harris' campaign.
This outcome is even better, they should have just let him win in 2020 instead of stealing, because Trump and his people are now better organized, have more Congressional support and a more unified party, he's more popular than ever after multiple attempts to martyr him via prosecution, lawfare attacks against supporters like attorneys working for his campagin, his tremendous vote tally essentially gives him a powerful mandate, and he is fresh and rested from four years of having to bide his time. Trump is back, folks, better than ever. More "tanned, rested and ready" than Nixon ever was.
It's looking like many Dems are now wanting to double down on sneering pseudo-intellectualism, blaming the flyover staters for everything, hating men and white people while whining they needed more censorship, more narrative control, and turning viciously on anyone on their team who suggests that making the Democratic platform about trans kids and declaring illegal immigrants to be better workers and more patriotic that native-born Americas wasn't a winner.
With any luck they're in for years of internal strife and internecine squabbling between their factions as they desperately try to find the next Democratic super-star politician after betting on lame horses like Beto and Stacey Abrhams. Meanwhile Trump's hold over the GOP is stronger than ever, and hopefully it will be lead away from being the pure evil party of Bush/Cheney/McCain neoconservatism, of Chamber of Commerce conservatism. Neocon rats have already been accepted by the Democrats - see people like The View hosts giddy over Liz Cheney, who became a liberal hero for her fake tough-gal stand during the fake, gay Jan. 6. hearings - though as I have said in many cases it's not so much the neocons defecting to the Democrats as is they're going back to their natural home.
