Gone, but not forgotten.

This election, I think, is really about the factionalization of the US business community and of the Jews.

With respect to business, you had New York (represented by Blackrock) and DC (Represented by the US Chamber of Commerce) backing the Democrats, and Silicon Valley and Texas backing the Republicans either tacitly or openly.

With respect to the Jews, all the Zionist Jews, INCLUDING Jonathan Greenblatt of the ADL, are backing the Republicans or at least pulling their punches, while the other 80% of Jews are still voting for the Democrats.

Trump's victory is either a coup by all the groups that /pol/ hates, or it's the beginning of the end of these groups and their dominance.

Or both.

I watched the "Trump movie" after the win and political bias aside, I thought it was a pretty good movie. The setting is good, acting is pretty good, first 90 minutes has good writing. It flopped in the box office and had mediocre reviews but I can see it being a cult classic with time.
It's obviously trying to paint a picture and discredit Trump but if you can ignore that, I like the story.

These results should surprise nobody, this was arguably the worst political fumbling by the DNC in modern history (aside from Reagan, that was slightly worse).

Kamala was VP of an already wildly unpopular president, making her also unpopular by fiat and guilty by association, and they shoehorned her in as the new delegate despite her not receiving a single vote or delegate during the primaries. This stirred skepticism among voters and also exposed irony in the DNC's messaging, as for years now the DNC has framed themselves being the opposition to Trump as a defense of democracy itself; yet the rapid installation of Harris as the nominee and thus bypassing the primary voter choice suggested a flaw in the DNC rhetoric.

On top of that, her campaign was just horrible. Rather than distance herself from Biden's campaign, she just adopted it and made it her own. The campaigns key points of interest were pro-choice abortion rights and illegal immigration, the former being irrelevant because Trump publicly stated he has no intent on trying to federally ban abortion, and the latter being stupid because it made the DNC lose many Latino voters as LEGAL immigrants also hate illegals and want them to get the fuck out of here.

And at the end of the day; money talks. A lot of people wallets are hurting this election cycle due to inflation. So obviously the party advocating for tax cuts and other savings is going to have an edge over the other party who's campaign message is just "Well, at least we aren't Trump". There was no reason to vote blue besides that, so lo and behold millions of previous DNC voters didn't even bother voting this year.

The DNC was rightfully hoisted by their own political petard.
