While some of what Kennedy supports personally is a bit of kooky nonsense what he fundamentally stands for is taking power out of the hands of Big Pharma and putting it back in the hands of the consumer. The FDA has placed a stranglehold on anyone outside of Big Pharma ever suggesting new treatments for testing. Anything that doesn't make Big Pharma money is verboten. If Kennedy can get any sort of reform it will be along the lines of opening up what can be tested for efficacy and thus massively improving the medical choices of consumers to things outside of just ""Take this pill for the rest of your life".
