If it's a new rule for some reason that the USPG thread has to be in Happenings actually telling the users of it about such a rule would be a good idea.

Also pretty sure it was merged not deleted, from the looks of it.
Deleted. My posts are gone.

The thread started to track down the darker side of democrats funding so the mods pulled the plug.
Or did the TDS thread bitches whine that if they can't have a hug box neither can we?

MSNBC coverage right now is going to lead to a terrorist attack, mask is fully off for a lot of news channels
A majority of the voting population doesn't believe anything coming from the news.

This is the FIRST time most newsy people, most of them come from liberal bubbles or I-hate-my-parents backgrounds, have had nowhere to run. There was always an excuse they could give themselves to ignore us.

They have no quarter. Winning the popular vote made that happen.

In any case it seems that even the most stubborn social conservatives have turned out to be more pragmatic than the most stubborn social liberals & Palestine supporters on the left, in the end, which I think bodes well for the future of the right-wing coalition (unlike the left-wing one that's falling apart at the seams now).
Again, I think a lot of this is due to the personal gravitas of Trump. Right now, the party is his party, the voters are his voters. If he left tomorrow he would take a massive swath of the party with him, the youngest and most energetic parts. As long as he is at the reigns, factions within the GOP that would ordinarily kick up a fuss will either fall in line or be put in their place by Trump.

Recall during the RNC, Trump rewrote their platform. He told social conservatives they were going to moderate their official positions on abortion and that they would do it quickly. So they did.

I love paying more for gas and food who doesn't? It was the same when Obama was president and no covid neither.
I don't give too many fucks about prices increasing. Our current economic situation since the 80s is a bubble due to several bell curves intersecting and isn't sustainable. I've made my peace with that.

What I DO give a fuck about is what those price increases fund/where the increase comes from.

Paying more for stuff because its high quality, sourced that keeps the lions share of economic benefits internal to places I benefit from: yes.
Paying more for stuff because some liberal needs to feel better about there being 15,000 dog-eating haitians in Ohio instead of murdering each other on the island they have ruined: no

What's the point of shitting up areas with California block-style housing when you're just going to give it all to illegal immigrants?

Abortion will just be used a wedge issue for the left to gain control of state legistlatures and then gerry mand and use bottom up power to take control.

If you want abortion outlawed you need to use the Florida model. Get control of things, solidify, stabilize THEN make the move. Abortion rights retards try to straight for the kill and dont understand they need to move the culture first.
The issue is Desantis can do that stuff cause he's objectively improved the lives of his population so they support him

Dems track record shows they arent exactly good at that unless you're a criminal

Usha was looking at her husband with real love. I think she's lovely.
Amy Chua would never set her protégé up with an uggo. I'm actually very impressed that this thread has been mercifully free of slurs for Indian Americans because holy shit is that a popular pastime on other areas of the site.
you accept his truths and live on Mars
Will I have to eat bugs and live in a pod on Mars?
Hopefully the left will stop patronizing all Trump supporting businesses (which is basically all of them) and end up dying because they don't go to doctors or anything anymore
But if they stop going to doctors, how will they get murdered by vaccines?

Thing is that Trump is the lone Republican who knew how to position himself perfectly on abortion. Rich Baris was in disbelief when the exit polls came out and said that voters trusted Kamala Harris 50% to 44% over Trump on abortion. Just a six point gap, after all the propagandising they did

Nick's been in Washington DC to check out the scene for Election Night and the day after.

It will be under gritted teeth, but all those "never-Trumpers" will fall back in line now. Or they will fuck them off out of the party and they can go sit in the blue seats with the rest of the seething fags. The republican party is MAGA now. It has been for 8 years. Some return to Bush bullshit is not going to fly now. He is proven winner, not only that he won with the entire democrat machine using every dirty trick, every contact, every favour.

Wow

Laura Trump just said on Fox that they had over 350,000 poll watchers this election. They spent the last 6 months recruiting and training these people while keeping it all quiet and hidden from the Dems. They had more then 50,000 court orders ready to go the night of and over 10,000 lawyers on the phone across the country for instant response to any irregularities.

She also said some poll watchers worked 24 hours or more, all unpaid volunteers, to ensure no shenanigans could happen.

No fucking wonder the DNC couldn't pull off a steal. For the last year Laura Trump was working behind the scenes setting up this massive operation and keeping it mostly hidden from the Dems.

Fuck Elon, it was Laura Trump who won this election.

Well then, I have to renounce my blackpill. I thought the Republicans were too stupid to organize and shut down fraud at scale, across the whole country, based on how easily they rolled over in 2020. I didn't see any noise about this in the runup this year, so I assumed they were being complacent with winning some lawsuits. Hiding it from the Dems makes sense, but that invisibility caused me a lot of worry. Good strategy, sucks to be a pleb in the dark. I second her for MVP of the election.

Add it to the list of benefits from losing in 2020: Trump put together a killer campaign team this time, infinitely better than 4 years ago.

The problem is women are somewhat divorced from the normal economy. They are getting the bulk of well paid white collar jobs now, and get their hands held by current HR policies. They also as women get extra financial resources from men. They do feel current issue, but its "cant take that trip" not "cant afford food". But single white female college grad in the city isnt in the same economy and feeling the same pressures.

Honestly, this is quickly stopping to be funny to me. This is well beyond normal spergery and I genuinely feel like a portion of the USA have gone genuinely insane. These people would rather burn the entire country down than admit they sent themselves into hysterics and no amount of reasoning can change their minds.

On the other hand, it's hard to feel sympathy since these people sing a different tune when they think they have the upper hand.
During the latter half of Trump's first presidency and throughout Biden/Kamala, I slowly realized how brother wars happen
Of course American Democrats would say this about the other side. But they were the ones pushing censorship, making our people sick and stupid, and totally favoring illegals over not only native citizens and veterans but those who worked hard to obtain legal citizenship. Leftists were the ones who tried to gaslight with 'all Americans are immigrants actually' and ramming through amnesty and 'legalization'. They were the ones who championed the absolute worst representatives of minority groups to try and divide Americans even further. And the whole Covid thing, encouraging and rewarding snitching on friends, family and small businesses.
So I understood, finally, how things like the Great Leap Forward happened with such great support.

Theory behind Newsome is that he has time to basically rebrand himself a centrist and memory hole his disastrous run as governor of California.

Elon will do everything in his power to make sure the Internet Never Forgets with everything that Newsome did especially his nuthugging on China by cleaning up San Francisco when Dear Leader got there and then returned to Haiti when Winnie Poo left.

Boy howdy the content harvest from this election is coming along nicely.

I do feel a little bad for some of these people though, a lot of them are very upset.
Most of them were already profoundly unhappy, and I understand in their retarded, detached brains they all really think their bug person beliefs are what will lead to some type of utopian future where they'll finally not be miserable.
On top of it, they exist in echo chambers where they're given the illusion people naturally agree with them and their progressive vision.

Obviously the majority of them wouldn't feel bad if those of differing beliefs all lost and felt hopeless, but that's also because they're emotionally compromised individuals and it's not good to emulate that. Hopefully things in general improve.

They got married a long time ago and she absolutely hates the limelight and is very supportive of JD. This may be an outlier.
He has a few paragraphs in his memoir about their relationship. She's a lawyer and they met through his mentor, Amy Chua. It's been like five years since I read it, but I recall a bit about his mind being blown cause her family gave books as Christmas presents.
