Whats the deal with Project 2025? I had someone I work with harp to me on text about how they will remove overtime and reduce it to straight time, and when i told them that Trump didnt say he supported it, they responded with "It DoEsNT mEaN He DoESNT". Is it just some Heritage Project bullshit?
Project 2025 was a massive nothingburger created by some people that had some connection to trump. They are basically a think tank that goes " hey, wouldn't this be cool" to the president every 4 years. Dems flipped the fuck out despite a good portion of the proposal being shit they already do anyways. Trump ended up disavowing it, multiple times. This is combined with half truths and fanfiction about what it actually was. Maybe Trump was planning to use some proposals, maybe not. And largely, that doesn't matter.

The heart of it is that they try to tell you that trump is secretly has some shadowy plan that he's hiding, as told to you by a group that does nothing but hide and gaslight at every turn. It's very telling that when my teacher talked about trump's policy, she didn't even know that he had an official website by him with his own policies on it. All she was told was Project 2025. And she still took issue with the official policy list, so I don't get how Trump would have some secret hidden agenda when people already complain about his official one.

So I've got a question: at least from a people standpoint, this is the end of Obama's legacy, finally, right? His Veep-become-president is gone, and his veep's gone with him, right? There's no more rot (again, from a people standpoint) left? Or does he still have appointees near the core that have to be fired by Trump, or voted out?

I know ideologically that cancer will take generations which I won't see to finally be purged from the body politic, unfortunately. I'm just interested in his dIvErSe StAfF all, finally being gone.

Celebrate all you guys want you're not getting cheap groceries and gas back
yes nobody ever afforded anything anywhere until we had 6 gorillion illegal spics added to the country in the 20th century onward. You are very smart it is impossible to conceive of solutions to problems that don't involve gorillions of illegal spics in your country working under the table.

>hope the 25th gets sent against him
Lmao not with an R majority

Also I missed it trying to catch up, and by the time I catch up in the thread as a whole it will be in like a month or so, so does anyone know why the next USPG thread in the other forum got baleted?
No it was just axed without warning, guess they want to keep the discussion here

He still has some influence but I think his position within the Democratic Party is greatly diminished from this point onward.
