His first wife is dead, but she died a decade after the split - either during or after his second marriage.

It's kind of irrelevant because even when records really do go missing, there's usually a more cumbersome way of validating the same information - because we interact with bureaucracies frequently. They clearly didn't even try.

Greta entered the Army after the end of his marriage to Marian and before his second marriage. Even his Army records may contain useful information about their divorce - but he didn't even try.

I'd expect media which have previously run stories on Nina/TLL to pick this up, so that includes Salon, Hindustan Times, Buzzfeed, Al Jazeera America.

If only Greta had enough impulse control to refrain from trying to intimidate Null, there would not now exist a thread which points ICE to original sources of proof that Nina has been committing other immigration offences in addition to overstaying.

Why is the detention facility even talking to the chucklefucks ringing in. Normally they'll only talk to the detainee's lawyer and a designated family member.

I don't care if immigration lawyers are the great white sharks of the legal world. They deserve every cent they charge for having to deal with people like Greta.

Nina might realize how badly Kjel's long pattern of irresponsibility fucked her over and start over in India. Optimistic, I know, but Nina should leave Troon Shrek to deal with his back child support and/or possible criminal charges alone.
