I'd imagine the infighting will go on for months. The power struggle will be mostly behind the scenes but it is happening and it will be long, bloody and brutal as the Mo-Dems and Progressives fight to the death for the future of the Democratic Party.

My guess is the Progressives win sadly. They have the youth, the energy and the 100% sense of moral certainty and that dedicated fanaticism that only come with it. The Mo-Dems are by far the more sensible faction but they lack cohesion and a driving sense of purpose.

As often is truth it's the sense of righteousness that will carry you to victory during the fight.

But that's good for the world at large. The Proggies are truly insane. They are a complete danger to everything good in the world and as long as they are the leading voices in the Democratic Party it will be (hopefully) a failure.

The progressives will not win because they have no powers, nor principles. We’re talking about people who cheerleaded the fucking Cheneys endorsing Kamala. They will be told to sit down and shut the FUCK up about troons, and they will obey like the spineless cucks they are.

A lot of their voters probably aren’t going to, though. If prog leaders get the bitch-slapping from Dems that I foresee, I think prog voters are just gonna get completely demoralized and check out of politics altogether. If Trump has a great second term and lines things up well for Vance, I think the turnout for young Dems is gonna crater in 2028.

I suspect that dems weren't even planning to steal the presidency this time but rather the house and senate which is why voting is slow. However too big to rig is actually real and they are panicked.

Calif. 21, which NYT had put as a "safe D" corner is at <2000 votes away from catching up (51%) which doesn't sound safe at all. There's no votes that have mysteriously flipped to D, though there is an Arizona race that's looking iffy, and Iowa 1 which is winning by around +.2. Voting seems to have finished up but AP isn't calling it for some reason. On the other side, Maine 2 has a +.37 lead, with less a <2000 point difference for Democrats and it's not being called. Will be doing another post to look at other candidates.
