What are you basing that opinion on? Is there any sort of substantial lore on Melissa somewhere in this forum?
I had always thought we knew next to nothing about her, but if I'm wrong about that I'd be interested in hearing about what is known.

Melissa is his cousin / now adopted sister. Phil's parents took her in and raised her. She was, from what I remember a drug addict at one point but she is clean now, is married (she even has a child I think) and works as a councilor or teacher. So at least she got her life together. And she lives close to her adopted parents. Funniest outcome (I said that several times) would be if she inherits what Phil's parents leave as inhertiance and Phil gets googats

Melissa is quite the enigma (nig lol, nudnig!) and I think less is really known about her compared to even DSP's parents.

I have heard a very infrequently repeated theory that something "happened" between her & DSP which I won't go into details about because it seems like 100% conjecture & total fantasy. What most people seem to think is that DSP as an only child was extremely jealous of her presence.

I'm really curious to hear this, not because I want Melissa to become a part of the vortex, but just because we have never heard from anyone early in DSP's life (especially when it comes to family). This basically means that he only really became narcissistic as a result of becoming internet famous and was otherwise quite a normal and unremarkable person and that e-fame and YouTube money totally distorted his personality. He of course has quirks like everyone does, and is maybe autistic but no one has really been able to say much at all about DSP's early life besides DSP himself (and he is an extremely unreliable narrator). The only "early life" stuff that we really know is that he was a valedictorian (and yes, he was, this has been proven ages ago)

Obviously you can't take his word, but the story about his mom combing his hair until he was 16-17, is very unsettling if true for me at least. I've never heard of that or seen it happen unless it was a aspie/mentally handicapped person.

Is he seriously fucking buying one? The PS5 already has no games and the PS5 pro apparently only gives like a 2 FPS increase in some games. It's a shithole console designed for shithole idiots.

Good thing DSP is a sony bro and a console moron at the same time - They did afterall design one of their flagshit games (God of War) using DSP as design inspiration and he profusely slurps up whatever Sony is selling.

He is “buying” it as in a fan is gifting it to him. Which is wild that the same fan heard DSP basically kill the PS5 for no games, being too expensive and for Sony for making the vertical base plate attachment be different from the base PS5 so you have to buy a new one.

Cant quote the post, but this is decidedly untrue. He was the same retarded jackass in the FGC that he is now, years before he created his first YouTube channel. His behavior today has nothing to do with his rise to "fame."

Linda Burnell is the OG detractor. The way she coddled and raised Phil is what created the narcissistic monster we have today. Cousin Melissa moving in also helped reinforce his narcissism (why should she get attention over me? Reeee).
