Trump had (has?) a political machine - his rallies are basically the same each time, with minor differences in venue, setup, speech, etc. That is a business advantage as he can have a small team that knows what he wants and how to request it, and they can work with suppliers/contractors everywhere to get the needful.

Harris likely had a huge group of assholes that flew around everywhere to setup things for her; that's the political, not business way to do it.

Multiply that by everything and wham - there you go.
