I understand your points and agree. I am just tired of all the mythology behind it, and i am poking fun at people for believing it and getting sucked in to his little playtime. "Soros DAs" did as much as any "Trump DAs" would do. They advocated for their interests. We oppose it naturally. But the "Soros backed" branding took on a life of its own, a supernatural quality to to the story. About how they could checkmate you every time. How every win did not matter, because money printer ESG BUCKS make your win a loss.. But all of it meant nothing and they were just people who could fuck up and make mistakes, that could be advocated against.

If I recall, Don Jr. went to Wharton which is a rather prestigious business school. So even if he isn't the smartest or greatest, he knows enough to realize his best role is as an observer (as he was in many episodes of The Apprentice) or a behind the scenes person. His talent for reading people hasn't gone unnoticed by his father and should prove to be an asset because the latter needs grounded, trustworthy people around him to help him make the good decisions necessary for a successful second term.

I may have posted this on the other thread, but someone who saw that debate stated Trump looked a bit shocked when Biden's response(s) conveyed that the latter was not in a good state of mind that night with Trump seeming unsure how to respond moving forward. Trump being on the attack at that point would have been bad optics and a bad idea in general. Let's hope any animosity between the two is forgotten in their interaction during and after the transition period.
