The sad reality, and honestly what I suspect is the cause of plenty Millennial Harris votes, is that many liberal voters are tremendously preoccupied with feeling like they're a part of polite, enlightened society.

Such laws could be wielded in both directions, and big-stick politics is what has gotten our country into this position to fucking begin with.

What I want Donald Trump to focus on in his last term is shit like social issues dead last because we need economic recovery and serious immigration reform. Him and by extension the entirety of the modern right trying to force cultural issues on the populace using the federal government will end just as poorly as it did in the 90's and 00's. Leave cultural issues, no matter your fucking opinion on them, to the locals. For me it is enough that abortion laws aren't wide open in FL. I do not give a single solitary fuck what they are in California. The entire right needs to either adopt this mentality or die as it's the exact fucking same mentality that just killed the progressive left.

If you do not understand this concept or are having difficulty with it, and you are under the age of thirty, shut the fuck up. Grassroots efforts on the state level are the future.
