Wendigoon is, sadly, a genuine Christian in terms of attitude at least as far as can be determined by his public image. It's not to say I don't respect the character and self-control it takes to be one, but this is exactly why Christians who take their faith seriously can be infuriating to watch in action. They genuinely do forgive people who ask for forgiveness no matter how much of a piece of shit the person is, and are incredibly reluctant to give people the desserts they justly deserve. He probably does know that IPOS is a zero-morals piece of shit, but he won't do anything about it because it goes against his morals to seek revenge.

And why Christianity thrived for so long while every other religion in the West died. Nobody worships Thor or Zeus anymore. They worship Elohim, Allah, Jehovah, Yahweh. Outside of Hinduism which underwent a similar theological evolution with Buddhism. Most religions have faded and the ones that thrived have a messianic figure, Jesus/Buddha who preaches peace, forgiveness and enlightenment. It may be cringe. But it works.

You expressed your frustrations with Wendigoon's kindness. saying he's far too trusting of his opponents and I explained exactly why it's a lot more effective than you think. Wendigoon doesn't need to hold grudges against people to win against them. IPoS held a grudge and ended up killing his own channel and begging for forgiveness. Wendigoon had won that battle so he has 0 reason not to forgive IPoS. By not holding a grudge it allows Wendigoon to keep his moral high ground where it us. So the next time someone tries shit like this. It also doesn't work. The thing is. It only works repeatedly like this if you actually live life on the high road.
That's a long winded way of saying Wendigoon wins by not making it into a big deal.
