The largest Telegram group dedicated to these animal crush videos, and the gateway that interested parties are using to get into contact with one another and ultimately with those producing the videos, is the group at t.me/treerat_bar1, with nearly 600 members and growing.
The group presently has two administrators. One is known to reside within the continental United States. Her name is Lynn Seymour, presently residing at 1425 Bodwell Rd, Unit 28 Manchester NH 03109. She is active in managing and encouraging the growth of the largest group on the planet dedicated to inflicting extreme cruelty on primates, effectively serving as the second-in-command of the group.
She has been conclusively identified, and even acknowledges this identification in the group.
Let’s review the evidence. Someone making use of the usernames “queenmab” and “NHChicky” had been noted consuming content related to sadism against primates, frequently making use of the slang term in this community for a monkey, “tree rat”. As in the name of this Telegram group, “Tree Rat • Monkey Bar •”.
For instance, at https://archive.ph/T6x4r and https://archive.ph/Mtqr8 a user by the name of “Lynn NHChicky” can be seen commenting on videos criticizing those opposed to primate abuse, referred to as “karens” (a ubiquitous term for critics in the primate crush video community, including in the Telegram group's description). Her profile picture is a headshot of a real woman, one which will match a the woman in a photo we will soon see the administrator identify as themselves.
Lynn Seymour, “NHChicky”, is also known to go by the alias “queenmab”. This can be verified by going to https://www.youtube.com/@queenmab1999/, clicking “About” towards the top, and seeing that the e-mail address listed is lynnms1974@gmail.com.
Now for her connection to the animal crush video distribution and production ring. In the group at t.me/treerat_bar1, there are currently two administrators. One the creator, another who, when they post as an administrator, is listed as “The One”. This second administrator can be definitively established to be the user going by the display name “Ava”, as we will see. This “Ava”’s username is, as with Lynn Seymour “NHChicky”, “queenmab”, specifically @fairyqueenmab:
The admin account posts a series of screenshots of a conversation which I, myself, had with Ava. My Telegram username matches and I am willing to testify in a court of law that I wrote these messages to her which this account is posting, as she herself also states here.
The administrator directly calls themselves Ava:

I sent this to Ava (once more I am willing to attest to this in a court of law) and Ava/the admin proceeded to directly state that a photo of her had been sent to her and was floating around:
In short, we have the clear identification of a key figure within a horrific network of organized animal cruelty, a brazen violator of 18 U.S. Code § 48 (https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/48). Law enforcement action is urgently needed as she is making active efforts to increase the reach and size of the group which will, in turn, increase the scale of the torture it inflicts upon innocent animals.

The ability to make this is especially important now that AI image generation is big.
