Rough transcriptions of what Melton is saying (He disallows panning through while live, may be some errors)

Melton suggests Nick has had access for 11 months, going back to the first time he streamed from Rekieta's home, but Nick can see everything "ever" going back for the history of the Google account.

Years worth of text messages, voicemails, etc - per Melton

"If he's [Rekieta] had 11 months? He's had plenty of time to go through and back up and sync all of it." - Melton

Melton suggests Aaron gets emails for PayPal and Venmo donations, and Nick may have been tracking what Aaron makes to try to prove that he is faking donations.

Melton suggests Nick intercepted emails with "Internet YouTube lawyers" asking for real legal advice.

"Maybe I have the whole, complete, presentation memo that Aaron sent over to get his little radio job. I don't know. Maybe we can tell every-one I don't know. It's gonna get weird." - Melton

Will Melton listen?

Copping a felony to prove that Aaron lies about how much money he makes

Great job, Nick and Melton, you guys really showed him

He just burned too many bridges to have a successful panel show and it's no surprise the IRL content ticked up in a big way as the quality of guests declined
Ralph does this to himself wherever he goes. He was well liked for a bit until people started poking fun at him a bit and he freaked the fuck out, started doing he same old gay Ralph shit where he turns into a vindictive toddler who doxes everyone he knows and gets fucking smashed on Wild Turkey. He had a long forgotten Pillstream, probably the real first one where he was a fucking MESS screaming at HotWheels for literally no good reason. He was laughed out by everyone and Nora took off before shit got worse.

Skip ahead and he’s reinvented himself doing Bloodsports. Wanna know what happened? Read the above.

Ethan Ralph is a perpetual mess who cannot help but force people to hate him. He can fix it too but he just won’t, he is just incapable of being his own friend.

It's not so much the "crime" of hacking someone's Gmail in this case, so much as it is clear and self admitted witness tampering. And part of a pattern of doing so.

The DA and Judge are just gonna love that.
Reading emails on an account that's logged in on your computer is something you shouldn't do, just like you shouldn't go through your partner's phone messages, but it's not something which is going to rise to the level of legal consequences. It's the other stuff which might.

If Aaron has his Google account synced, then they would have been able to see his activity on all his devices up until whenever he signed out.

A lesson to everyone - log out of your devices regularly, change all of your passwords when you break up with someone, terminate any accounts to which you both have access, etc.

oh, these guys are all fucked.

how, after 3 people have gotten charged with multiple felonies are these fucking idiots STILL acting like this is all just petty internet drama and won't have any consequences? they are committing actual crimes and telling the entire internet how they're committing the crime and bragging about having committed them.

The totality of what Nick has been doing is the legal definition of hacking in many states/countries. It’s not even in the same realm as looking through your partners text messages.

Rough transcription of Melton (may be errors, he doesn't allow rewinding during the livestream):

"I'm interested in is if there's anything else. I - feel like, Nick is the kind of guy who's got some footage. Of course, this is one that Aaron can't figure out as easily. But I just wonder, if there's any part of Nick's house, where he might have had cameras and it could have caught, now look, I'm not, If I knew I'd tell you, I'm not the kind of guy that could sit on secret footage for months and months. [...] I think he's a secure man, who has secure things." - Melton

Melton suggests that Nick may have "gigabytes" of material, brings up Google Drive.

Interesting. That would better explain why Rekieta has such a hate boner for Sean.
He sure seems to have gotten really pissed towards @Potentially Criminal and @elb very suddenly and quickly. He used to be more angry at Andrew Mindset.

Melton says that even if Nick told him this, it's just what Nick said. He doesn't know for sure.

Nick should really thank Melton for that. He has just offered public testimony that personally implicates Nick in a felony or in a series of felonies. Law enforcement may want to talk to him next because I would assume he would fully spill everything he knows to the first authority figure who asks.

I wonder if Nick has figured out yet that Melton isn't someone anyone could trust or want to be involved with.

Nuh uh.

In law it is written as unauthorized access. It doesn't matter if they had the password or not or if it was saved in the browser. They still were gaining access unauthorized.

Because they likely did it more than once and because they then tried to humiliate Aaron by posting his pron history, felony upgrade comes quick.

You then have the fact Aaron is a potential witness against him. Another felony.

Null suumed it up nicely above.

Do you mean because compelling investigation or enforcement of the relevant criminal statutes would be too difficult? Because there's criminal statutes which prohibit accessing someone else's emails in this specific context.

I have one other question about that. I wonder if he's been waiting for @elb to renew her Locals subscription before sending that message and blocking her.

That would be the ultimate dick move.
Well, he is a dick.

I also think, before this, he tried a backdoor method of intimidating her into not clipping any more via Ralph's unhinged rant where he threatened to release nudes of Elissa if she didn't compel Null to appear on his show (an absolutely absurd demand) or delete all Killstream clips. That same stream he bragged that he was Rekieta's bulldog.

I've held off on saying that because I considered a few other suspects (which I will refrain from naming). But Nick is such a piece of shit, I am just going to go ahead and blame him for any grief that befalls his critics from now on. Fuck it.

If I leave my front door unlocked by accident, and somebody walks in and steals my TV, that is still a crime.

i have no idea what this cumdumpster was like before the coke so someone will have to enlighten me, was she always this unhinged? i kinda attribute the explicit degenerate sex talk to nick's influence dragging her down to the gutter but she's borderline skitso posting and sounds like a lunatic in a lot of these. if she's sober (which is very unlikely) she's legitimately mentally ill.
Nah this crazy bitch has done so much coke she's probably got literal holes in her brain now. Whoever she was before is dead and gone; this simulacrum of a human being is all that's left. Drugs really can permanent physiological and structure changes in the body, and especially in the brain. LSD is notorious for potentially changing someone's entire personality with just a single (average) dose. Coke takes longer but it has similar powers, though with LSD I think it's more of a "rewiring" (which makes you different, not necessarily stupid) whereas coke just eventually destroys brain tissue, which absolutely makes you stupid.

Congrats Nick. You spilled your Bond villain master plan to this guy.

Really smart move.

I'm turning off the stream now since he's moved to April's tweets, so I won't know if he says anything else of value about Rekieta's alleged hacking of Aaron.

This is the stream for those who are interested:
