I believe it to be Ayn Rand's "Aristocracy of Pull." You have so many competing special interest groups that the people in the center, where all these interests zero out, have all the power and make all the money. Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden were probably the masters of this. They give a token statement of support, vote the opposite and anyone that calls them out on it gets ostracized as a warning to everyone else.

Of course I care more about inflation than I do the LGBTQPYNX+++ because I know that the worst that's going to happen to them under a Trump administration is trannies being told to BTFO out of women and children's spaces and and education boards being told to stop forcing gay literature onto kids.

The LGB has very little to worry about. I wonder if they realize quite a few of these LGBs voted Trump themselves because they aren't mouth breathing retards?

I'm always highly suspicious of "straight" people who are so hyper obsessed with defending the guys and being a savior figure. I'm proud of the fact I care more about being able to feed myself and my cat and keep our lights on than the "rights" of the LGBTQPAT&T to do whatever they want.

The 99% movement was supposed to bring everyone together until it mysteriously introduced factions. Funny now how everyone has rallied around the establishment.

1. Harris has too little experience, especially vs Trump's 9 years
2. Too much focus on blaming abortion on Donald Trump. Saying he overturned RoeVWade. Abortion is not a unified issue in america, nor is it a priority VS the economy, which is in a much worse position, and seen as her fault.
3. Downplaying immigration, and people blaming her for doing a dogshit job VS Trump.
4. Biden drug her down, and Kamala made it worse as she wouldn't do anything different from Biden.

I don't think these are the only reasons for it, as you can easily add her horrendous interviews, non-existent policies for the longest time, and, when revealed, half of them either make no sense, or would never be realistic, her campaign being the most generic event in the history of the US, extreme fixation on "Trump... Le Bad!", etc.

But the ones cited there, yeah, they're accurate.


If I had to condense everything into one reason, it's tone-deafness. They assumed you would need zero effort to beat trump, and only did the most vapid of platform to show for it. People living the reality of America (immigration/prices/etc) don't like it when the rich tell them that their problems don't exist, and mentioning these problems make you persona-non-grata/nazi/fascist/racist/xenophobe/transphobe/...

It's a shame about Frederick County. It's a beautiful place, but I'm guessing Fort Detrick and similar employers flip it blue. Fort Detrick is where we develop our biological weapons.

It's interesting that another federal installation, Aberdeen Proving Ground, didn't flip Harford County blue.

But I always got the impression that APG was a lot more normal army stuff, whereas Fort Detrick has its history of biological weapons, which is the purview of white lab coats.

And yeah, no shit the eastern shore and western MD are going red.

He was definitely disappointed that Trump won't be going to prison for life. I honestly don't understand why some people were hoping he would lose and face imprisonment. They seem to have forgotten what happened in 2016; aside from 2020, Trump is likely to come back stronger in 2024. So, the Democrats and the YouTube liberal grifters have lost badly.
