So I see Rackets is showing pictures of his kids in dance outfits in a blatant appeal to Vito, Melton, Piggy and JuJu.

- He settles in with pictures of his children clearly in the background. The chat warned him, and he re-positions himself so only 1 picture is in frame.

Is this new behavior for him? Beyond looking to strengthen the support of pedophiles in his corner, I feel like he did this so he can file claims on clippers and attack the farms for reposting clips that include pics of his kid.

Dick Masterson: Did you know, Mr. Rekieta, that your daughter is attempting to bring an outside party into this situation? Did you know that?
Nick Rekieta: No.
Dick Masterson: She is, Mr. Rekieta.
Nick Rekieta: Who?
Dick Masterson: A kiwi.
Nick Rekieta: A kiwi?
Dick Masterson: A kiwi farmer.
Nick Rekieta: How?
Dick Masterson: Your daughter has an Internet connection. I don't think you are aware how great it is. That she is attempting to use that very Internet against your will.
Nick Rekieta: She is a very willful girl.
Dick Masterson: Indeed she is, Mr. Rekieta. A very willful girl. A rather naughty girl, if I may be so bold-do, sir.
Nick Rekieta: It's her mother. She, uh, interferes.
Dick Masterson: Perhaps they need a good does of cocaine, if you don't mind my saying so. Perhaps a bit more.

If a a judge was pissed off at you, could this be interpreted as harassment of a witness?
Judge's mood or offense is irrelevant for charging of a crime.

MN has a witness tampering offense, which is aimed at acts intended to dissuade a witness or possible witness from testifying.

Separately, harassment (irrespective of witness/ possible witness status) does specifically include when a person "follows, monitors, or pursues another, whether in person or through any available technological or other means." Repeatedly showing up in chat might qualify, but though there's no, afaict, formal requirement for a victim to mitigate (tell them to knock it off, block, etc.), unclear if that alone would qualify.

Doing all that Nick has been doing (being in Aaron's chat, references to obviously-Aaron in others' chats, going on shows to snipe at and hint of private info about Aaron, X comments, etc.), plus publicly posting claimed search engine histories and alluding to things that could only be known by access to a person's personal info and activity is getting way over toward a good case for both (in addition to the hacking/ cyber/ privacy stuff).

Nick, you're doing great, sweatie.

Chad Zumock a relative new person that unintentionally got involved with the Balldoverse has reacted to some clips and tweets of Nick's:
You know, the more I think about it the more Rekieta and Aaron are kind of like The Prestige. Two cucked court jesters dick-punching each other until life-ruination occurs.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM PATRICK MELTON'S STREAM (NOVEMBER 11, 2024)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rlLB7MiFX8s

Patrick Melton implies that the stash of blackmail material Rekieta obtained by hacking Aaron's Google account that Rekieta has told him about includes sexually explicit material and that they won't stop until the legal system steps in (1:07:40): "But what I'm saying is, what if Nick has treasure troves of it? What if Aaron's been saving pictures of nude men to his photo roll? OOPS! You, know, again, like, Aaron can wind up for this civil suit or whatever, but like, depending on what gets released before any of us get slapped with a whatever-the-fuck's-gonna-happen, you know, JESUS, the damage can be done, the damage can be DONE! Really, really bad stuff."

Should be timestamped for 1:07:40 or so.

Patrick Melton agrees that he'd be "intimidated" if he was in Aaron's shoes (2:10:45): "I didn't know Nick was putting that out at all. I had no fucking clue. I mean, again, I, I'd be intimidated, I will say that. If I knew a guy had my whole, search history, email, text messages, voicemail messages, search history, browser history, communications with legal people, zipped up photos, you know, credit cards, passwords, who knows what other accounts could have been accessed. Fuck! Fuck! I'd be losing it! How's Aaron doing? You think that's a crime? I'd be losing my shit if I was Aaron! You don't know what he's got and what he's gonna put out before they - before your lawyer drafts up a cease and desist."

Should be timestamped for 2:10:45.

Coomalot right now talking about it all. So far isn't noseguarding. TBD.
Recently, I joined an earlier stream where he was commenting on Nick. Most of his chat was against Nick, saying he's totally out of control.

They were even calling Coomalot out for trying to twist facts in Nick's favor. The current chat also seems to be mostly against Nick.

I didn't stay for long, though. I feared brain damage from the Coomalot exposure.

Aaron's self discipline is actually better than i would have figured.
Whats the saying? Never interrupt your enemy when they are making mistakes....

Pretty sure when he got sat down again and told not to talk about it, he listened this time. Sean was asked a question today on his stream if he is giving Aaron advice. He reply was something to the effect of "I am not going to discuss it if I am and not going to discuss if I am not."

@Potentially Criminal You are a good guy sir!

If Fatrick Felton thinks that this is an intimidation tactic I wonder what a jury of reasonable people would think.

There's an entire empty sink he could use if he wants to be slightly less white trash and have some working space.
You appear to have forgotten that work is an entirely alien concept to Nick.
He is back!!! In Aaron's chat.
Outside of actual physical cuckoldry, I cannot think of anything more cucked than superchatting somebody you hate.
You're letting your sworn enemy profit off of your impotent cuck rage, and for what?
To flex? We know Nick's broke. His Rumble contract is gone, he's burned through his YouTube money, he doesn't have a job to speak of.....until he sells that house, he's entirely dependent upon handouts from mummy and daddy (HOW EMBARRASSING!).
To embarrass Aaron? The damage is already done - and Nick has lied so much that anything he says at this point should be taken with a pinch mountain of salt.

It is a search and there is caselaw that plain sight doctrine applies to search, this could be interpreted that it applies to search of data as well, since data is protected under the 4th amendment like other property too.
So if they get a search warrant to examine his devices and look for the data he received from Nick and in the process of scanning his hard drives and cloud accounts they stumble over other illegal content, then all of that could be considered "in plain sight" and can be used.

(This is based on the usual Horton v. California case from 1990 that established the Plain Sight Doctrine as case law)

Just recently, Oran Routh, son of Ryan Routh (arrested for attempting to assassinate Trump at the golf course), was himself arrested during an investigation of his father. Oran's CSAM was found on his digital devices during a search of his home. According to ABC News:

Investigators say they discovered "hundreds" of files with child pornography during a search of Oran Routh's residence in Guilford County, North Carolina, on Saturday conducted "in connection with an investigation unrelated to child exploitation." The two charges he faces include receipt of child pornography and possession of child pornography.

The "unrelated investigation" referred to Routh's father -- who remains in custody after a judge ordered him detained pending trial Monday -- a spokesperson with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Carolina confirmed to ABC News. Investigators said the pornography was found on a Samsung Galaxy Note device located inside Oran Routh's primary bedroom in the residence, as well as another Galaxy Note device in Routh's possession.

I think this lends weight to your analysis.

[EDIT] For visual clarity.

He has given up pretext of caring for 'muh keeds'. If he is planning to use them as a sacrificial pawn to strike at his enemies, this is a new low...

and Nick has lied so much that anything he says at this point should be taken with a pinch mountain of COCAINE.

FTFY.
