This reminds me of the conclusions of Eric Kauffman's Whiteshift. It's a pretty decent book for the body, but one of the last chapters is effectively devoted to deboonking the idea of white erasure. One of the arguments used is that, because east asians have an even lower replacement rate than whites, that means that there's no white demographic crisis.

It really doesn't cease to amaze the hoops the 'the left left me' types will jump through to avoid confronting their own cognitive dissonance (assuming, of course, they are actually genuine - which Linday is not).

Isn't he though? I agree he's not a real RW'er and still has his gaythesist streak but I think he's completely sincere, just with delusions of grandeur, a messiah complex, and burgeoning schizophrenia.

Edit: For example, for all his reading of philosophy he's just now finding out musicians don't do huge shows for political candidates for free and looking is around like Paul Giamatti in that one magician movie.

Possibly. He's certainly sincere in his beliefs but because of that I think, if given the opportunity, he'd give up the dissident right larp and immediately go back to his former social circles without hesitation.
